There was only one key in the drop box. Drop box was visible but could be hard to find for others cus there is no sign saying that it's ups except what's in the actual box. Place was clean. The only vehicle that had a key to it out of 4 or 5 vehicles was parked behind the ice machine so we had to do a 27 point turn to back up and out of the grass lot with low lying power lines so that was pretty nerve wracking. I'm sure the store owners have some type of security camera to somewhere but it would have been more comfortable if there were some that would be clearly visible by other ppl. Since there is a public ice machine right in front and the lot is only lit up by the street light on it. I won't lie when my ride had to leave to go to the parts store I hid so I wouldn't get harassed by one if the several homeless people walking down the streets at that time. Place was clean and during the day it didn't seem that bad I imagine night time I wouldn't want to be there by myself though

My entire transaction was paid for online and I should not have been billed any amount without consent. You could have easily called to discuss! I will be contacting my bank about this! And then you make me wait to get money that you should not have charged! Never again will I use U-Haul!
