It was the worst experience yet dealing with this company. My appointment time was 8. I arrive there745 and none of the agents let me that the buisness didnt open unit eleven. I ended up leaving at time because the could not figure out where the key was . I spent over45 trying to open a key box that they gave me the wrong lock number to open box and get key. I took to 4 different transfer to other agent before some helped. They even had me to walk around the back of the Uhaul truck to look for a key. I thought that didn't make sense but after being out there for 1hour and `30 i went and looked anyway. NO KEY. SO I had to wait for another phone call to the manager to try and contact the owners and by this it was already 2 hours before i could leave for my trip. My time was schedule to leave at 8 and i ended leaving at 10. I took a video of the incidents .

JOE BThere was only one key in the drop box. Drop box was visible but could be hard to find for others cus there is no sign saying that it's ups except what's in the actual box. Place was clean. The only vehicle that had a key to it out of 4 or 5 vehicles was parked behind the ice machine so we had to do a 27 point turn to back up and out of the grass lot with low lying power lines so that was pretty nerve wracking. I'm sure the store owners have some type of security camera to somewhere but it would have been more comfortable if there were some that would be clearly visible by other ppl. Since there is a public ice machine right in front and the lot is only lit up by the street light on it. I won't lie when my ride had to leave to go to the parts store I hid so I wouldn't get harassed by one if the several homeless people walking down the streets at that time. Place was clean and during the day it didn't seem that bad I imagine night time I wouldn't want to be there by myself though
