I was told to drop off at any location and I dropped off after hours. Uhaul said 2 weeks later the vehicle wasn't turned in... then billed me for extra milage that wasn't all mine.... and sent me an email saying truck wasn't turned in which was scary feeling... thinking I might have to pay for a lost or stolen truck

Not the locations fault, but didn’t have the right size truck or the dolly. Found out 1 days before my move, which made things much harder to move.

Equipment was damaged (previous tire blowout damaged wheel fender) and unusable, lug nut was missing, tire flat, and axles caked in mud. Agents helped remedy issues and make roadworthy in a very timely manner.

Just be honest with word. And don’t tell people you getting a deposit back in 2 days. And called the u haul customer service and found out, it wasn’t a deposit and called back to you guys and say, depends on your bank card🤦🏾♀️. And sounding unsure and wasn’t helpful at all. I recommend not to rent from this u haul again. Just be honest and tell the truth

I spent $65 on gas for the UHaul truck. I only drove about 110 miles. That's a lot of money for 110 miles. The form I got indicated I needed to put up to 3/4 of the tank capacity. The gauge on the truck indicated I should put 1/2 of the tank capacity.

Agent was competent and properly billed me for the 2 day rental. Corporate followed up with a 4 day charge. Now I have to go through the process of canceling the wrong charge. Who runs the show? There's should be better coordination between the agent and corporate to avoid duplicate invoicing.
