Make getting the truck a easier process online. Took a very long time to get the truck. But drop off was easy.

Experience was terrible. Not happy what so ever! The lady I scheduled service with said the location was open 9:00am Saturday. When we arrived to pick up the location was closed. Did not know what to do until after calling another store. The check in online was a joke! Took us almost 2 hours to get our truck due to the inconvenience. We were also supposed to receive a dolly with the truck and it did not come with. We were exhausted before even moving.

I made a reservation online for a U-Haul truck for 12/31/2018 and received a confirmation email. But on 12/31/2018 when I went to get the truck, the shop was closed for the holiday. I found Campbell's Service online and rushed over to their location. Even though their truck rental department was closed for the holiday, they set us up with a truck and we were able to continue with moving. They saved the day!

There was a glitch in the computer system which didn’t allow Campbell’s to open the reservation which I’d placed at the National call in system. Very unfortunate for them to have to work through the issue and me to have to wait the 15 minutes extra since I was in a time crunch.

Reserved a uhaul. Went to get it. They sent me to another location only to send me back to the first location. Customer service wise was awful. Lazy worthless people at the Campbell on Apple and Getty. Never again.

Super easy and convenient to pick-up using my phone. Just follow the steps and you're on your way. I was unsure if I was supposed to put gas in the tank. I thought it was included with purchase @ $0.99/mile. It wasn't until I was sitting in the lot, following steps to return the vehicle, truck off, that I was informed of a fuel surcharge if fuel used was not replenished. This resulted in an $18 fuel surcharge for 22 miles use. I found this a little steep, otherwise very satisfied.

I would recommend this location rather than the other Muskegon location because they have a local phone number.

When I dropped the trailer at the Apple Drive, Muskegon, MI location, it was in a slightly sketchy neighborhood. I then tried to use the UHaul app to check my trailer back in, but the app wouldn't work. I then called UHaul and was on hold for over 30 minutes, because, according to the recording, "Our operators are currently offering outstanding service to other customers" or some such drivel. So, the next day, I called in to make sure that my trailer got checked in, and spoke with a fairly snotty associate who wanted to "Axe" me a "quession". She said that the store hadn't opened up yet, and that I should call back later. After explaining some of my frustrations with the trailer check in system, I asked her if she could just call for me and then call me back to let me know that everything was OK, and she said that she couldn't do that. I said that I have now spent far too much time on trying to check on the checking in of my trailer, and ended the call. Let's all just hope and assume that my trailer got checked in . . . All things considered, the rental of a trailer for three days for under $100 including insurance is a fabulous value, but the system could certainly be improved. Thank you for listening.

Mirror did not work, tire tread came off 8 miles from destination, blowing a hole in the lower back panel of the passenger side. Interior had coffee spilled all over the console and passenger door. Gum wrappers stuffed into the console. The coffee and crud in the cab Is minor compared to the threat to life and limb because of the tires. The staff was great but the truck should never have released this truck to the public.

Be sure to have the customer verify the mileage as well as the amount of gas. I was charged an overage of 974 miles because of an error on their part. Admittedly, the driver of my U-Haul did not verify it himself, but I learned through this incident that the person who had the truck before us was charged incorrectly as well. Also, this location is inside of a towing/repair shop and the employee of the shop that I dealt with was not very friendly. The U-Haul rep though was great - minus the mileage mistake.

The steering was dangerously loose making the truck difficult to handle. Also the windshield wipers did not clear well at all. Check in was slow even though I had checked in before on line.

this truck had a pull to the right. and the trans has some issues. everytime i put on the brakes to slow down the vehicle would automatically shift down and the rpm's would spike way high sometimes up to 5000 rpms. and then jerk really hard.

I would improve when putting the gas back where it was is had for a short person see that it's back where it supposed to be and for reason i fill it up by an mistake because I couldn't see it. And would like a refund back

I had reserved my vehicle for self pick up at 7am. Upon arrival, the vehicle was not cleaned (food and animal hair throughout), the gas tank was not full, and there was no key to the vehicle. I attempted to call the “24 hour emergency” local line 5 times with no answer. I waited 1 hour and 15 minhtes for a worker to arrive and supply me with the key to the truck I had reserved. I spoke with customer service who offered me a 50$ discount from my original price which was never applied. I returned the truck with a full tank and clean. I was then charged 2 times for the full amount (before the 50 rebate was offered) of 146.28. I am extremely unhappy with the process and would probably not use this service in the past

They over charged me or double charged me for the car dollie and insurance on it . watch that guy he thinks he's slick.they gave me less blankets than I ordered and the wrong furniture dollie.
