The sales lady was awesome, helpful, understanding and got me what I needed. You should keep her around. She listens and is patient.
LA QThe service was below standard. The person suggested that gas wasn't replaced and my experience for the second time was horrible. I will no longer rent a U-haul from that location. I also had to wait 3 days to get my cash deposit back. Only to be accused of dropping the truck off empty or insufficient gas. A few years ago I was accused of not leaving a Dollie on the truck. When I called the police to report the supposed theft. This location suddenly found the Dolly. So from my 2 experiences I've had with this location I will gladly look for other Resources. The customer service is Just HORRIBLE!!!!!! So after my 2 experiences with this location here's what I've observed, if the customer don't take pictures and have proof of how they dropped off and what they dropped like I did they WILL BE out of all kinds of FALSIFIED FEES. I AM DONE WITH THIS LOCATION. PLEASE LOOK INTO THE UHAUL PRACTICES AT THIS LOCATION IT'S BAD FOR YOUR BUSINESS
Tracy CI dropped off the vehicle when the location was closed, but I did save money dropping it off at a MUCH Closer location
Jacquelyn Requipment worked well, end of the straps were a bit frayed, general condition of the trailer was average still waiting on bill to be corrected, got charged for an extra day, waiting on it to be removed.
Donald PClean the trucks and have employees there when scheduling reservations. I was also talked into getting a 15-ft truck instead of a 10-ft truck because the 15 ft truck had a ramp that we never even used.
Amanda AWe were there after hours so I don’t have much opinion to offer. Although it was a little difficult to get good “after” pictures with the amount of street lights available at night. I’m not sure the location could do anything about that though.

Luvenia GI am fed up with U-Haul as a whole. Your sign in is atrocious. Your self checkout is a royal pain. Oh, yeah, I can pay someone else $20 to do it. Things were a lot more simple and a whole lot easier when there was a decent human touch! It's lacking, U-Haul! I told my wife that I doubt if I ever use U-Haul again. It is a pain! By the way, I have been using U-Haul since 1971. Time for a change!

Spencer HCheck in and out took very long. No one was there during pick up so I had to call to get someone to show and they didn't even have all equipment I had reserved online, if i ever use uhaul again i wont reserve online and will use a different location that isnt bundled in a tow location. They were too busy with their towing business to pay much attention to uhaul customers. Neither person I delt with was overly friendly, helpful, or seemingly willing to answer questions.

Ashley KThe parking lot was very small. There were two small uhaul trucks and was only room for the trailer I dropped off. They were not open on a Saturday so I called the uhaul place I rented it from to make sure it was ok to drop it off. Everything worked out fine but uhaul drop off location was not inviting

Virginia MI asked for a different location when I was reserving and ended up at Campbell’s. Other than that there was no issues.
James CI didn’t get a call the day before. The off hours pickup wasn’t activated and I had to wait on hold 35 minutes for customer service to allow me to go through the check in process. Customer service rep was very friendly and helpful.

DALE EWe rented a tow dolly yesterday from our neighborhood uhaul supplier. We needed the Dolly to transport a vehicle obviously, we got back to the house which we live literally four blocks away from the rental dealership when we got back to the house our vehicle which we were going to tow would not start so we immediately called the dealership and said we couldn’t use the dolly brought it back and they pretty much said that we did use it and we did haul something and once it leaves the lot they can’t do anything about it. We are highly dissatisfied with U-Haul we have used U-Haul for over 20 years plus obviously we did not all of vehicle within 15 minutes20 minutes of renting the dolly plus my wife calling in Stadium or in our driveway it doesn’t work. We were told we could contact the rep which intern told us pretty much the same thing that we probably used it so we really appreciate being called liars I run a small business and I would never treat anybody like this
David KI am glad I chose this address to make my pickup off equipment. I was greeted by the owner upon arrival and in just a short few minutes I had my trailer hooked, wired, and ready to go. That's what years in the business does for customers. You will feel confident with the equipment choice you have made as soon as you arrive. Highly recommend this as your choice of pickup or drop-off point.

Jane MRented from this location before with no issues but this truck needed some work, it had a lot of noise coming from the front end and needed a steering alignment very bad. For a long trip it was pretty rough

Theodore LMake sure all the lights work on and in the truck. Especially the cargo area. Explaining the truck to a first time renter would of been greatly appreciated. Also would be great if the cup holders didnt have goo in them. That was gross.
Stephanie MThe trailer ratcheting tie downs where dirty to the point that it made them difficult to operate. The service center where the trailer is located from does not abide by the state COVID-19 mask mandate and doesn't offer full "curb side" (outdoor) service.
Danealexander HPerson who does UHaul rentals was not there when we arrived. We waited past our pickup time for him to arrive. Fortunately we had built some extra time into the schedule. We were still able to get to our destination on time.

Charles BI thought the service at the location was fine. The issue I had was with Uhaul's inability to process my contract. I arrived at my pick up time (9:30AM EDT) and the website was down.The agent called Uhaul and was told he could not do anything util the website was back up and they did not know how long the outage would last. The agent at Campbell's took my phone number and said he would call to let me know when the website was working again so I left to run errands. I called the Uhaul customer service number. Waited over 30 minutes to get through and the individual I spoke to confirmed the website was still down. She had no idea when it would be operational. After 2 hours I finally went back to Campbell Service,even though I never received a call telling me they could process my contact. It was too late to make other arrangements so I took the chance the website was working. At 11:30AM I was able to get my contract processed and take the rental vehicle. This was very frustrating. Both myself and my daughter took a day off of work to move her only to be frustrated by Uhaul's lack of communication and inability to have a back up plan. I don'y fault Campbells whatsoever in this situation as they were at the mercy of Uhaul's inability to meet it's customer and dealer needs.
