Luvenia G.I am fed up with U-Haul as a whole. Your sign in is atrocious. Your self checkout is a royal pain. Oh, yeah, I can pay someone else $20 to do it. Things were a lot more simple and a whole lot easier when there was a decent human touch! It's lacking, U-Haul! I told my wife that I doubt if I ever use U-Haul again. It is a pain! By the way, I have been using U-Haul since 1971. Time for a change!
