The service was friendly, and the location was very convenient. However, the trailer was not properly secured by the person who hooked it up, and this needs additional training and attention. We did discuss the issue at the time. Shortly after leaving, the trailer came loose while I was traveling approximately 5 MPH over a bump. As a result, the trailer scraped and damaged the paint on my Chevrolet Traverse. Fortunately, there was no additional damage due to the low speed. The police assisted in safely reconnecting the trailer. I am currently obtaining estimates for the cost of repairing the paint damage and will follow up once I have the repair details.

No indication of where to drop off the trailer. Personel watched me struggling to get the trailer off and did nothing to help till I was done.

ERIC VPickup and drop off location is super troublesome, not adequate space and adjacent to busy highway. The roll up door on the trailer did not operate well. Very sticky.
