While the guy who met me was quick and competent, friendly and helpful, the place did not come across as a Uhaul site. Also, the site was 10 miles from my address. There was a neighborhood U-Haul less than 2 miles from my new house. I should have stopped there.

Will definitely be using this location again. The systems were down (on my end as well, so no blame towards Camventures), so the process was longer but still easy! The girl working the store made everything simple. Returning was same thing but still easy to deal with. Truck was clean & undamaged! Happy with everything.
Gabriel CThe personnel had left early despite me having a reservation to return my U-Haul. Luckily, a police officer was nearby and was able to inform me that’s why the office was locked despite the open sign being on. Anyways, I ended up having to make a few calls to U-Haul to figure out how to return the trailer. I ended up using the app and figuring it out but I found it very frustrating and a waste of my time considering I was supposed to be able to return it and had a reservation. I understand if they had to leave but I feel like calling me to confirm and provide instructions for a drop off would have been appropriate. I got there probably a half hour before they were due to close so it seems they left almost two hours early.
