Drop off was for 4pm, called and was told I would be compensated if dropped off early. I did, 9ish AM, and after follow up, there is no credit for one way, full day charged.

No one was there, had to go through several steps to access the truck, ordered a dozen moving blankets but got 6. There was a hand truck on board the truck that I didn't order, and did not need. The truck itself was fine, although the back door sticks a bit, requiring extra force to lift it up and close it. I did not choose to access the truck remotely, your website said I did, apparently because no one would be available at pick up time.

Difficult to use App to access keys, needed to call support and they were very helpful. The vehicle cab vould of been cleaner, the fob was indicating low battery and the oil light was on- these issues created stress.

I reserved a trailer through the uhaul web site. When I got there to pick it up, the owner said they hadn't had a trailer for quite a while. Given the urgency of my need, I had to rent a truck instead at triple the price. The owner and his employees were apologetic and helpfull. I don't plan on ever renting from uhaul again.

I have no problem with the Canal Used Tire location or the proprietor Issac. I do however have a problem with the online reservation system. I reserved a vehicle, then received an email two days later saying that the vehicle was not available. upon calling customer service I was told that I would need to go out of my way to get a vehicle, after finally agreeing to that pickup location a short time later received an email saying that I was to now return the vehicle to a location over 30 miles away. Another call to customer service, that agent was finally able to get me the vehicle I needed at the location originally requested. The reservation system needs some work

I reserved a pickup truck but it wasn't available at the time of my reservation. I was offered 2 options: 1) Go to a location further away to get a pickup truck or take a larger box truck that was available onsite. I chose the latter option since the first was not convenient at all but the 2nd option ended up costing more since it was a different class vehicle. I also noticed that there was a "Safe Move" option added which cost an additional, I was not aware that had been added until I got my receipt. Better service would have been to offer me the larger vehicle for the same price as the pickup and with the same coverages (no "Safe Move" added).

Location and rental were fine. I tried the self-checkout option which failed miserably. I had plenty of service but the app kept dropping and/or wouldn't move to next screen. Eventually the UHaul representative was able to help me check out the truck. For future rentals, I will not use the app unless I have no choice.

The Customer Service person never showed up. I was very unhappy we already had a stressful day ahead of us. I had to call UHaul directly then sit outside the gas station for 15 minutes on hold. Once I got the virtual rep on the line the customer service went up to a 10. He walked me through the steps meticulously and had a lot of patience seeing I was in a gas station with slow internet. We ended up using the drop box for both the pick up and drop off. I would NEVER use Canal UHaul for a truck again.

From 40-50mph it shook me like crazy. Asked for a different one but got no where. Then I requested to use my insurance for coverage but got charged an arm n a leg instead. It was supposed to be 20$ a day but if you use it longer they double the charge. $4500.00 for 23 days is absolutely insane. Completely disappointed... only made hard times way worse.

I would never use the self-service self check in Mobile technology process again. Feels as though I’m doing all of the work that U-Haul should be doing to Support their customers… We had significant troubles with the phone application and check in process.

I was getting a rental at Gellars, 1/2/22, closed. Sent to Bourne. One of the movers helped me get the code for the key. Cyrus and Hamlet did the packing and unloading. They were EXCELLENT!!! made the move very smooth. I would use U-Haul again and tell everyone about this deal, Thank You, Debra

The truck was not available at pick up time. I know that's solely the previous customer's fault. The flooring that wraps up to the right of the gas pedal was loose and flapping so potentially would cause a hazardous situation.

The tires on this trailer were bald and need to be replaced. I actually had to call Roadside assistance to change one of the tires as it went flat. This was a major inconvenience as it cost me more than 3 hours delay

It is impossible to use the online check. In check out in a poorly lit area, at night, in the pouring rain. There was no check out envelopes in the drop box ,so I had to just drop the keys off. Then...even worse, I was charged an extra day of rental because l couldn't check out on line.

This is a great drop off location, including after hours. Gas station guy went above and beyond to assist. Perhaps a car jack on hand to lift trailers after hours would be a good thing. Bare handed gas guy was awesome.

Rented a trailer. It had a damaged wiring harness. The associated wrapped a stripped wire around one of the harness pins and sent us on our way without telling us. 50 miles later we lost the lights on the trailer on the highway, in the city, in traffic, after dark. Not good.

My experience was not a good one but not 5he fault of this location. I replied to an email from the GM@uhaul and have yet to hear back. I had arranged for a rental weeks prior to my pick up date only to find out when I wen5 to get the truck they had no order for me. Called your customer service and they were not helpful at all. Again not the fault of Canal tire !

NICER OFFICE , SALESMAN WAS KNOWLEDGABLE. HAD NO BLANKETS THAT I HAD ORDERED. TRUCK WAS 15 MILES FARTHER AWAY THAN I ASKED FOR SO MORE MILEAGE AND TIME THEN HAD TO GO TO ORGINAL LOCATION TO PICK UP BLANKETS, AT THE HYANNIS LOCATION WORKER SAID TAKE WHAT YOU WANT AND NEVER ANSWERED MY QUESTION HOW MANY BLANKETS IN A BAG SO I WAS A DOZEN BLANKETS SHORT.

That when making reservations weeks in advance and requesting a certain location closer to home that I was told at this time not the night before that I would have to go 30 miles out of my way to pick up trailer. People make plans and set things up and I had to rearrange help etc due to this inconvenience

Your app is to difficult to use. You should not need a passport photo or need to take multiple photos. It also froze and crashed 3 times. We couldn’t finish using it.
