Customer service at the physical location was lacking. Truck ran nice, but wasn’t very clean. U-Haul customer service ice was excellent. Mobile check in was a bit frustrating, but all in all, I would rent from this location again.

Julie Bmy first reservation was in Bluffton SC and when I went there they said the trailer was not available as a trailer light was not functioning. They said I had to drive 45 minutes to Beaufort SC to get a trailer. This was very maddening as I had my whole family in the car including great-grandma! We drove to Beaufort and building was locked and nobody was there! I called their number and phone was answered and person said they would be there in 20 minutes. 25 minutes later they showed up and I got the trailer. Very frustrating as I had a reservation. Cost me time and money to drive 45 minutes each way to Beaufort never mind the aggravation!!
