JAMES RI don't know if our issues were a one time thing and hopefully so, but my husband went to pick up the truck and had to go buy a outlet adapter because the trailers don't work with newer trucks and out truck has three different plug ins and none of them work. Which that wasn't that big of a deal, but no one came out to help him at all just told him where it was and bye. Kinda crazy to me and very poor customer service. And it gets worse, I rented it for 3 days just in case but did end up returning it after only 30 hours because we did what we needed and that was that and I didn't care about paying for the whole 3 days. So my husband drops off the trailer early morning right at 8am and tell the lady at the counter and she says okay perfect she'll take care of it and then my husband leaves without anyone checking on the trailer or anything. Then a week later we get a charge on our account of $280 dollars when it was only supposed to be $120 because they never checked our trailer back in. My husband went back down there yesterday a week later and they said oh sorry we will fix that and that was that. wait 2 to 4 days for your refund and bye. That's just crazy to me. Do better.
DOUGLAS WThe inside of the truck cab and back storage was clean, but the truck was very dirty on the outside, and we had to take it to a gas station and clean the windshield before we could head out on our drive back home. Otherwise, they are very helpful. I'm used to a storefront, and this was a side business in addition to their main business. I'm just new to that. We didn't have access to the plastic wrap, but she gave us six free blankets (borrow). That made up for the lack of supplies. We used tape to wrap the blankets around the china and storage cabinets.
Annette LSusie went above and beyond to help me. She is an outstanding person and wonderful employee. Your company needs more like her.
MICHAEL CMy only issue was I wanted to work with a person and not do it all online. I made sure that was the case, but my location got changed by U-Haul and the place was closed. That forced me to do it all online. Thankful we could still get the U-Haul, but wasn’t how I originally wanted to pick up.
Haley LDrop off was fine but using the app was horrible. Restarted us a few times trying to return and then suddenly accepted the return with no confirmation
Stewart BThe dolly worked but one of the safety chains to secure the vehicle to the dolly was short. It was difficult to secure to the dolly when no vehicle was loaded. Additionally one of the tires had outer edge wear, no tread.. I was concerned it might blow out in the mountain passes. It held, but thankfully.

Brenda SEverything went smoothly except an issue I ran into with the rachets for the tire straps. They were so dry you could not get them to ratchet. I had to lube them to get them to function. Could have been a issue if I didn't have spray lube with me. Might be a good idea to lubricate these before they get rented out since they are exposed to everything the back tires of the tow vehicle throw. Rain, snow, slush, mud, etc.
Rick HThey were closed when I picked up and I order packing boxes and I was charged but did not receive any. It is hard we tried to call long wait and the appt using message took along time! I found the process very intense!
