The location was great, but my order was not correct, I was missing a furniture dolly which was necessary to move the piano. The location was really nice - even though they were no longer a dealer they came out as I could not get the lock to work

Everything went well from the time I picked up the truck to dropping it off.
Wayne LThe truck was not at the location. I had to wait over 30 minutes for them to go get it from another location. I had 5 people standing by waiting to load the truck.

MARALEE AOnly complaint we had is it was a muddy lot. Otherwise it went smoothly.
