Tired equipment
Albert NMy reservation changed 3 times without me making any of the changes. It changed the pick up location the morning of my pick up. The guy at the counter was just like oh I guess everything must of been booked which didnt make since then that my original reservation would allow me to book at the original location. The new place was 30 miles from the original which added an extra hour to my day plus paying for gas. My reservation also went from $290 to $316. It also changed my pick up method to in person when it was originally mobile and the store was closed so that added an extra 30 mins waiting in the parking lot for the store to open. Lastly it changed my drop off location to nowhere so after I got done moving I had to call back and find a place that was available for drop off. Disappointed with experience as previous experiences have been good.
Derrick BI was looking for a location near my home but this was the closest that I could get the type of trailer that wanted. The drive was worth it. The gentleman that took care of me, made it a very satisfying experience.

Clifford BLocation is a little chaotic inside but its genuine. I dont really mind at all. the man running it is sweet as pie so I will definitely recommend this location to many others.

Ana bWould have rated this experience better if the app had worked as stated. I spent 20 minutes signing in to different browsers because the app wouldn't take/keep the pictures it was requesting. Fix the app and lower your per mile price and it's amazing

Ronald AIssues with Uhaul continued on the Kansas end at the storage facility. Broken doors, questionable maintenance, and access improperly set up initially. After this overall experience I will never trust the competence of this company again.

albert nThe computer system was outdated and the owner didn't know how to use it. The whole experience was terrible. We were supposed to get a 20' truck from Ottawa and it wasn't there. The person at R&H didn't know where it was. We then had to call uhaul ourselves to find out where we could get a truck. I was on hold for a very long time. We then had to travel one hour north of Ottawa to get two 10 ' trucks. When we arrived they had "closed early" when they should have been open. The system wouldnt work to give me the second 10' truck, tried to chatge me $100 for it and they still charged me $4.15 for some reason! I am so disappointed and upset with uhaul. We did not get the second truck. So we had to use a truck that was HALF the size of the one i was told we would get and charged the same amount. Over $150 for a 10' truck that was HALF THE SIZE WE RESERVED.

Brett AThe only negative aspect was the windshield wiper blades were torn and did not work properly in rain. Otherwise, the truck was clean and drove well. Tires need balanced and front end aligned.

Gayle MI requested to pick up the equipment at one of the 4 locations in Leavenworth KS. Instead we had to drive 40 minutes to Tonganoxie.
Patricia FThe location is a dirty machine shop with hoards lining the walls. The front "office" also had the door wide open with wasps flying in and out.

John BI reserved online, but the trailer was not available at the location I submitted online. Wasted trip. Had to drive 30 minutes to another locations.
Nicholas SIt seemed as if the guy tried to get over on me. He tried to make me pay double amount that was on reservation he couldn't tell me why. When I began to call customer service he quoted me a cheaper price. I had a different drop off location close to my home he changed the drop off back to his location and told me the cost would be more for one way rental. That doesn't make sense. There were no changes in reservation from when I reserved it and when I went to pick the truck up. So why would his system have a totally different price for me to pay, double price at that. I've rented uhauls before and never experienced anything like this.
