How U-Haul Reviews WorkTruck was clean, No A/C, 95 - 100 degrees, attendant said it would be fine if I didn't use (max), I knew that was bullshit. Next I'm hour & 1/2 down interstate when I find out transport trailer has no lights working, now I can't drive anywhere when it gets dark, hotel room expense for two nights, I should not of had to incur, now I have no time left to empty this truck by myself I rented it for 2 days to cover the distance and the work. So at the drop off location I returned the transport trailer, then off to unload the truck returned it after hours, and phone has been shut off by Boost Mobile at 11:59 exactly on day of payment, the next morning upon visiting the return drop off location they are closed for the entire week for remodeling I left my name my email my number the truck rental agreement number on the door and with the man who was working there as an appliance repairman for the side business no response now I've got recurring charges randomly at any given day at any given time from $300 to $15, wtf??? Also when loading the truck I noticed when I pulled out the ramp it's only 8 ft long. Who the hell puts an 8-ft ramp on the back of a 27 ft truck with no easy load low deck?? I'm pulling refrigerators and stoves washers dryers up a 45° angle impossible on one person coming down I destroyed my stove.
