Google and Uhaul said it was open 7am-7pm. Didn't open until 10am. Keydrop in the back had no lock and was held closed with an old hoop earing in the lock spot that could be pulled out... Took pictures and a video and called uhaul and was told to leave it but at LEAST have a lock on the "lock box". Also there was no Uhaul signage on the storefront. They do a lot things including uhaul but the only way we knew it was the right spot was because there were 2 uhaul trailers up front and 2 behind the stoor. It took 2 agents on the phone to know their actual hours and that they did have a key drop. The second one OKed me dropping the keys w/o a lock on the box.

KARL BYou have an app that has questions about what kind of vehicle to tow I typed in the proper vehicle information when I got back to load up the trailer the trailer was too short for the vehicle. I had to return the vehicle to a different location and make different arrangements, I was out five hours of my personal time going to pick up the trailer from Homestead plus my gas money plus my rental money U-Haul will never get another dime for me

Scott JI had a trailer rental for a 12:00 noon pick up. The trailer was waiting there from the day before. I got at the place at 11:00 just to see if I could get it a bit early. The Uhaul people rented my trailer out to someone else that did not have a reservation! I had to wait until 5:45 pm to get a trailer after about 12 phone calls. This really screwed us up! I understand a mistake, but, this was negligent. I appreciated their kindness, but not cool to put people through that. Brad

Susan FIt's a parking lot behind a restaurant. There is no office - the guy was sleeping in one of the trucks when I arrived. It was hard to find. I'm glad that I was only dropping off, and not actually trying to rent a truck.

Julie RI had several issues with this location. First, there is no one there, one of their numbers is disconnected and the other they do not return your messages. The lady was very nice but she wrote the milage down wrong and I didn't think it mattered because she added the "tenths" which added a whole number to it. Normally that wouldn't have been an issue but when I returned the vehicle the next day I was not able to for credit because one she didn't return my messages (it was a Thursday afternoon and because the milage wasn't right I couldn't check it in electronically. After three phone calls I ended up leaving the vehicle on their property. Not surprised the next day I was charged an extra $150 for milage use; instead of 21 miles I was charged 211 miles. Again, I tried to call, no answer. I finally contacted uhual customer service and was credited only $140. And because she couldn't verify the drop off time she wouldn't credit me the extra day return. All this could have been avoided if she was a little more professional in answer her customers phone messages. And the truck wasn't very clean!

Mike NThe drop off location is a hair salon and was a bit confusing as to if it was the correct drop off location or not. It was a school holiday, many kids playing in the salon, trash and dirty looking. The man the helped me check the track back in was great.
PAUL LI don’t know where to start with this uhaul rental experience. The drivers mirror was cracked and the rental place was not welcoming at all. You go into a weird parking lot that you aren’t supposed to park in and see u haul trailers and the big truck was parked on the side of the street for retrieval. It was not a safe location. A 26 foot truck should not be rented here as there is no space. Additionally, the rep though very nice did not to over all the insurance options with me. Wish I had known my options here especially as I did not realize the size of the truck rented.

Jonathan FI found the location via Google and saw 4-5 trailers parked behind a shopping plaza. There weren't any noticeable U-Haul signs. I walked around to the front of the plaza and went door-to-door to find the office. The place is also a styling salon and offers other services. I saw a Western Union sign. The lady was very nice and checked in the trailer using a cell phone, which generated an e-mailed receipt.

REBECCA DI had a one way reservation from Marathon FL to Keystone Heights FL to drop of at the Watering Hole, Keystone Height location confirmed by email. I went to drop off a day early using myaccount and when I logged on it stated I needed to drop off at the originating location in Marathon. I called customer service but couldn't speak to a scheduling agent until the next day and when I did they told me I couldn't drop off anywhere in Keystone Heights and had to drive 25 miles to drop it off in Middleburg FL.
