Call your customers back. A area supervisor was supposed to call me to figure out what happen. Supervisor never called, if the supervisor doesn't do his job, then how does he or she expect their staff to.
Sergio BWe rented a uHaul Trailer for 3 days . I will say Josie, who is the owner at the location, went above and beyond and even delivered the trailer to us since she was going near us. We did have a couple of problems, but it was more on the UHaul side when they added in 6 blankets and the utility dolly that I know I didn't order even though they tried to upsell many times. I also had a problem with the license plate state which was unreadable. Josie guessed it was AZ so that's what I put on my Sunpass account when it was CA. Sunpass picked up my truck, but on some toll booths they didn't automatically add the trailer in so I received a separate invoice from uHaul I had to settle through Sunpass then email to show the toll violations had been paid on my Florida sunpass account. Overall a great experience for a move.
