Arturo MThis place is great In-N-Out fast and smooth. You know every time I go to the U-Haul on Van Buren in Riverside or on Spruce and Riverside. It takes me at least 30 to 45 minutes to get out of there this place I’m in and out in 10 minutes they definitely have my business Orlando the store owner is great

ANGELICA GNotes we insufficiently entered into the system causing MULTIPLE changes in pick-up location as well as mileage allowed and credits offered. The store was very cluttered and dirty. The owner/operator cuts you off when you are talking. The truck had SEVERAL damages to it upon pickup. The gas meter read lower than what was marked on the contract.

Albert GExceptional customer service. Mr Orlando stayed after hours to make sure I could pick up my truck and was kind and courteous. I had issues with the main U-Haul hub and Orlando was able to correct the mistakes made by the Spruce location. I will definitely be recommending this location to my friends and family who are need of renting from U-Haul!

JAMES Ofirst issue, the location wasn't open when it stated it should be open. second issue, i ordered a dolly along with an appliance dolly and they were not in the truck when i opened it up which created a third issue, i had to waste an hour of my rented time to call support who then dutifully told me they'd credit my account and hung up. no, i NEEDED the dollies! had to call back and got Shanna, who was amazing and credited my account and extended my rental. overall, it was a pretty crappy experience but it did have a silver lining.
LESLIE TTruck was dirty things broken off engines light was on the worker said its OK drive it like that. Had to take pics of everything and they even wrote the wrong mileage down. Won't be using they again.
Terri RItems kept in the location were very unorganized. Truck we rented was very loud, shakey and it was not a comfortable ride.

Brenda EAttendant was unaware of equipment limitations. Said the trailer could carry 20k lbs. actual rating is less than 6k lbs.
