I was charged 15 dollar for the Insurance fee when I told them I didn't want it they insisted that I had to get it but I rented U-Haul 2 days ago and I did not have pay the 15 and I got the same truck I drive very locally only used 30 miles I hope some how I can get an answer

When I came in he was great to work with and didn’t cause me any trouble. Great customer service, very knowledgeable, and I would absolutely rent a truck from this location in the future.
