Had a 10am reservation. Nobody was there. Called the number to the dealer, no answer so I left a message. Waited an hour, still nobody there. Had to call Uhaul customer service to get the trailer. I Was then called by the uhaul dealer that wasn't there when I went to get the trailer was told that the trailer is considered stolen if we didn't do a contract over the phone. Then I was charged for a 3rd day because I was an hour late. Ironically, thats how long I waited for them to show up, but he never came. So, I had to load up this trailer, that didn't have a trailer jack mind you, by myself and pull it out of the weeds. I finally answered after several calls from the shop. He told me I had to give my information over the phone while I was driving. I gave it all to him and then he said the computer locked up and we had to do it all over again. I told him I couldn't do it again because I had an appointment. I then received a pdf in my email of a document with my signature signed for by someone else. Charged me for gas even though I brought back more than started with.. charged me for insurance I rejected and emailed copy later showing and was not open during scheduled hours to return so had to schedule a appt to get deposit back even though they were supposed to be open.. truck was not working properly and thought was going to break downTracy B.

The place we picked up from said it was open at 10 am on Sunday. This was false. No one was there on Sunday and we had to spend an hour trying to figure out how to change our reservation to a phone pickup. This cost us time when we were trying to move.Taylor G.

This location was supposed to be open on Sunday. When we arrived they were closed on Sunday. Uhaul called me at 4pm Monday asking if we were keeping the equipment for another day, we returned it 10am Sunday. They never checked it in. Then we get a $50 cleaning fee I am disputing. We returned the truck cleaner than we got it, we even swept it out, and left the cab cleaned. We only drove it for a hour and didn't eat inside or leave trash. This place is trying to scam me for $50. It looked like a junk yard outside with a old junk camper in front.ALEX OR jACKOLYN G.

If the business is open, why doesn't anyone come to meet you? I called and after leaving a message was told, "Just drop it off anywhere." The trailer did get checked in, and I received the reciept, but just needed connection with a person to help me feel I was doing the right thing.KEVIN H.

We dropped it off and no one was there. We picked this location specifically because their schedule online shows they were open Sunday's. We dropped it off on a Sunday and no one was there and no one answered the number online. There was a different number on their door so my husband called that and the man said to park it and he would take care of it tomorrow (Monday). I went on Monday to complete paperwork but no one was still there. I would just recommend that their hours be updated online so people know they will be dropping things off and no one is there. One way haul from a neighborhood dealer in Aurora Indiana to Nashville TN. The truck (a 20 ft box truck) was in great shape and drove well on the interstate. Did in person pickup and remote drop off. No issues at all! Great service for a agreat price!Eric O.

We was hustled out of 59 dollars that should've been returned to us at the end of our rental. We had the vehicle for less time than reserved, was returned with the correct fuel level, and went exactly 64 miles. The owner padded some extra miles on AND charged a 20 dollar refuel fee when the gas was EXACTLY where it was when we left. We will never use this uhaul location again and I'd recommend anyone else stay away. OHHH and not to mention we had to wait almost 20 minutes for the owner to get to the lot to give us the keys and equipment, when we was dropping off the uhaul I let him know when I was 35 minutes away. The owner made me sit and wait for him to get there for over 20 minutes so I could give him backt he keys and have him down the end of route inspection so I could've gotten my 50 dollars I was expecting back. But that never happened! He also added add one to our rental like a appliance dolly that we was charged for, we NEVER asked for it nor did we even use it! Uhaul and this guy really left a bad taste in our mouths. As if moving day isn't hectic enoughâ€¦Brandi M.

I dropped my Uhaul off on a Sunday and had no idea they would be closed, it was very frustrating having to deal with this on my cheap smart phone, I didn't know I was going to have to do that! I thought I would be dealing with a person when I got there but nope, it was do it yourself, thank The Lord my sister was there to hold me together and she had a decent enough phone to do everything that was asked! Again the Uhaul company is a disgrace!! I know you could care less, you got your money and that's all that matters, I feel bad for the employees at the places where you pick up and drop off, I hope you pay them well to deal with the upset people that you have jerked around!Terry S.
The place looked abandoned. From the rv in lot looking like a lived in meth den to the many dismantled vehicles this place looks like a dump. I Would say some marked drop off spaces would help improve this location along with a self drop off sign indicating that this location is 24hr self service. If the garage is operational then They should organize their lot and if they do not have them they should put up at least 1 camera. A vehicle that looked like it was doing something wrong pulled out as soon as they seen me come in. I would also add a privacy fence and stick all non running dismantled vehicles behind it and put U-haul vehicles outside the fence in a row infront of shop. Truck was clean with full tank. Checkout process went extremely smooth. Checkin process would have gone smoothly; however, had to call customer service and wait for 15-20 minutes due to payent information entered in system prior to picking up truck not being recognized, and therefore was not sending keycode to pick up key. Once refreshed, it recognized that I had entered payment information, and rest of checkin went smoothly.Chris S.
