When trailer was returned, was told on Tuesday to just park it, and THEY would check it in. On Friday, I went to App, and realized they had not done so, so I had to return to lot. No one was there, so I used the App to check it in myself. No one was around to be seen. I think they totally forgot to finish the return….luckily I realized in time to not incur further charges, but others might not be so lucky.

MERCI DMade a reservation at one location, got a confirmation email. Then got to the location and the vehicle was not there & were on hold for 15 minutes. Then were sent to this location where no one was there to get us the truck & had to be on hold for another 15 minutes. Causing us to be over an hour late to our moving location
Stephanie TWhen i went to pick up the Uhaul, no one was there. I called the number on the building and the man gave me a combination to a box for the key. I walked around the building and there was another truck parked behind the one i had the keys for. I called the man back and he came a few minutes later. The inside of the truck was not clean and had an odor. The steering box was sloppy and you had to keep the steering wheel at an angle to go straight. The right front tire was completly bald on the inside. We returned the truck cleaner than we recieved it and were still charged a 75.00 cleaning fee. It was late when we got back and the parking lot of this business is on a dead end with very little lighting. (1 light) I would love to speak to someone from UHaul. I will never rent from this place again and we are taking supplies to North Carolina almost weekly.

brandon wI picked up a 6 by 12 trailer as part of the distribution/ trailer relocation program, it was never my intention to rent a trailer and initially wasn’t going to take part in the program but my move out of things in my condo into the moving truck went so well that I decided why not tow the trailer for the 80 dollars I was offered. Well I found out later that while I wasn’t charged for the trailer somehow I got charged for insurance that I didn’t need as I was going to tow the trailer as I picked it up and the only thing I had to do was disconnect it to unload my belongings from the truck and reconnect to return to U Haul. No ond explained or offered the insurance it was just charged, while it was later removed it is concerning that I got charged in the first place
Leo NSketchy facility. located in what appeared to be an automobile junkyard. Nobody there to receive rental unit. Got voicemail when I call phone number. I dropped unit off and hoped for the mest. Sure enough, I received confirmation that unit was received and a recept was given.

Mellisa HUhaul requires you to use the app while checking in and out the equipment but the pickup and drop off locations were in a dead spot where I could not get reception. I tried for 15 minutes to return the equipment.
Phillip SNo staff on site. Place looks abandoned. Equipment everywhere and disorganized. Car parts and trash everywhere. No office that I can see, some old abandoned building but no office. U-Haul should not be allowing this place to operate quite frankly.

Christina Swhen I ordered the truck, i ordered it for 2 days with an appliance dolly.I was charged $20 for a dolly I didn't get. When I turned the truck in I was a couple hours late and the guy said he wouldn't charge me because I didn't get the dolly, but I was charged a 3rd day and did not get refunded for the dolly I never received or used. So, I think your service and your customer service stinks even more and is too expensive, not to mention I got the truck over an hour late because it kept saying my location was denied and I have it on all the time.

Kevin RI reserved the equipment the day it needed. Uhaul showed the business open, but it was closed for the holiday weekend. A few phone calls and it was resolved. Easy process once everything was sorted out.
Stephen MOwner helped me load trailer, then checked all the tires and ensured all the safety features where in working order. Then waved bye to me.
ian pWhen I arrived to drop off truck n99ne came put to check truck in when I attempted to ask the only person I seen they closed the garage door in my face and proceeded to close all the doors and ignore me , so I had no choice but to find a place to park and locked up truck then recieved a bill on my credit card from this location for additional $56 dollars and no explanation for why , can only figure it for the additional miles I had to drive from pick up location to London ky to load truck and drive to Indiana which was a 180 miles

Joseph WHad a 10am reservation. Nobody was there. Called the number to the dealer, no answer so I left a message. Waited an hour, still nobody there. Had to call Uhaul customer service to get the trailer. I Was then called by the uhaul dealer that wasn't there when I went to get the trailer was told that the trailer is considered stolen if we didn't do a contract over the phone. Then I was charged for a 3rd day because I was an hour late. Ironically, thats how long I waited for them to show up, but he never came. So, I had to load up this trailer, that didn't have a trailer jack mind you, by myself and pull it out of the weeds. I finally answered after several calls from the shop. He told me I had to give my information over the phone while I was driving. I gave it all to him and then he said the computer locked up and we had to do it all over again. I told him I couldn't do it again because I had an appointment. I then received a pdf in my email of a document with my signature signed for by someone else. I would like my $121 refunded immediately. Thank you, Jeff.
Jeff MCharged me for gas even though I brought back more than started with.. charged me for insurance I rejected and emailed copy later showing and was not open during scheduled hours to return so had to schedule a appt to get deposit back even though they were supposed to be open.. truck was not working properly and thought was going to break down

Doris FThis location was supposed to be open on Sunday. When we arrived they were closed on Sunday. Uhaul called me at 4pm Monday asking if we were keeping the equipment for another day, we returned it 10am Sunday. They never checked it in. Then we get a $50 cleaning fee I am disputing. We returned the truck cleaner than we got it, we even swept it out, and left the cab cleaned. We only drove it for a hour and didn't eat inside or leave trash. This place is trying to scam me for $50. It looked like a junk yard outside with a old junk camper in front.

Susan BIf the business is open, why doesn't anyone come to meet you? I called and after leaving a message was told, "Just drop it off anywhere." The trailer did get checked in, and I received the reciept, but just needed connection with a person to help me feel I was doing the right thing.

crystal sWe dropped it off and no one was there. We picked this location specifically because their schedule online shows they were open Sunday’s. We dropped it off on a Sunday and no one was there and no one answered the number online. There was a different number on their door so my husband called that and the man said to park it and he would take care of it tomorrow (Monday). I went on Monday to complete paperwork but no one was still there. I would just recommend that their hours be updated online so people know they will be dropping things off and no one is there. Thank you!
