PAUL NThe return of my trailer was easy, even after hours!
PAUL NWant to improve the experience, clean the interior of the vehicle. Appeared not to even have gotten a wipe down. All surfaces inside were filthy and the interior smelled like previous driver had been smoking pot. Gross! This is common at all u-hauls I’ve rented from. Please do something about that.

George MLocation was closed at the time I dropped off trailer, so it's not fair to answer the above questions. Although I dropped off the trailer 2 hours late on a Sunday when the location was CLOSED, I was still charged for an extra day. It seems that it might have been forgiven given that C&C rental could not have rented out the trailer since they were closed.

THOMAS CU-Haul is the best option to select when we move our home or our stuffs from one location to another location . Personally, I am 100% satisfied with their services.

JCOB MDrop off was self serve. Did not talk to anyone. It does not say Rent a Car anywhere so it can be confusing and lots of junk everywhere.

TIMOTHY MLot was overfilled/cramped so we could not pull through as the lot intended. Had to turn around in a tight space full of hitches to get out. We dropped off before hours so there was no personnel present. After this rental experience, I would not recommend u-haul in general.

James CDave is absolutely amazing! Dave makes multi tasking seem effortless(lol) as far aa customer service goes, nothing needs to be improved. However, the equipment I usually rent out(6x12 trailer) requires immediate attention. Lights are not functional so drivers behind me are unaware that the I'm signaling. Maintenence is definitely required as it also displays once connected to my vehicle.. with the exception of the faulty equipment place is a great place.
