Best rental around... people like to work there... another uhalls @ takes 30 minutes to do those things... but with this location uhall is back to be a good option

How U-Haul Reviews WorkOwner was rude and crude. Wanted to rewire my truck for the trailer lights to work, all that had to happen was the truck to be running. Very unprofessional and treated me like he had dozens of other people in line waiting, but I was the only customer there. I will NEVER use this location again. Apparently, this is not the first time, as the U-Haul location up the street says they hear that a lot when customers come to them after interacting with the same location. I had to use the other location because this one didn’t have dollies. Very disappointed. I recommend using any other location than this one on Route 12 in Groton.
