MICHAEL JThe check-in was fine, the lady was very friendly and efficient. I also don’t blame them for the truck that ran poorly before breaking down. However, when I called to tell them the truck wouldn’t start they were quite pissy and treated me like it was my fault. They told me it wasn’t their problem and to call u-haul. As a result of the breakdown I was not able to complete the move for my client. The icing on the cake is when I was charged for wrong drop off location and an extra day after the truck was towed away.

MARK LDriver side mirror is lose. It would fall out vision and you could only see the ground every time you hit a bump. I had to reset and adjust the mirror while driving. Every few miles.

SCOTT DI did the vehicle walk around inspection alone, kinda surprised. I returned it with about 10 gallons more fuel than I was required too and was told that there would be no compensation for that.

Patrick TI had no service for the share option. Customer service representative said it was on me because it was a service issue, even though I have a brand new phone with Verizon wireless. I was then sent to another location that was closed for Thanksgiving weekend. I explained this to another customer service representative and they hung up on me. I then talked to another representative and they gave me a hard time for wanting to be compensated for wasting so much time. Absolute worst customer service I've ever had
DANIEL CI drove the vehicle 27.1 miles and when I refilled the gas tank I put in over 4 gallons of gas. When I mentioned this to the cashier she said I should take it up with U-Haul corporate. They are representing U-Haul and should have said or done more.
