I had a difficult time with the app because it does not recognize that some states like TX have moved to black/grey color and the driver's photo is in color. In addition, TX licenses now have a grey rim around the head photo for security purposes. You need to improve your app. It was also very slow. I had to call customer service. This has nothing to do with your dealer.

I had to call you hall and delayed the start of my move and fool an hour or more or while we figured out what was going on. The cab of the truck was dirty, no garbage, but dirty.

You made a change at a time when I was travelling and had no access to phone service and literally only found out about the location change the night before I was to pick up the equipment!!! FORTUNATELY, C&M Automotive, who was NOT my first pick, turned out to be an excellent provider for U-Haul and I would gladly recommend them (Mike) for future moving needs.

It wouldn't let me pick it up and I had to essentially wait 2 hours to get it. And when I dropped it off, it could not locate me even though I followed exactly the troubleshooting provided through the website. I will mention this experience to anyone moving. It was unbelievably poor

I had to take new photos of the truck and there was an error so I had to call in to make sure that the photos were uploaded and that the pick-up transaction was complete. I get the truck home, open the back and there was no dolly. I had to call for assistance again only to find out that the rental was for 24 hours when I had rented it for 48 hours. I WILL NEVER RENT FROM THIS LOCATION AGAIN!
