Susan FIt's a parking lot behind a restaurant. There is no office - the guy was sleeping in one of the trucks when I arrived. It was hard to find. I'm glad that I was only dropping off, and not actually trying to rent a truck.

Troy SMarathon drop off is hard to rate. There was no one there for the drop off. Not a bad experience, just didn’t have one. It is a little tricky to find. The owner called. Me later to check and see if everything worked out ok with the drop. Which it did

Attendant was directing me to back up, but wasn't watching , so tapped into another rental vehicle.... Simply no where near a professional experience

Julie RI had several issues with this location. First, there is no one there, one of their numbers is disconnected and the other they do not return your messages. The lady was very nice but she wrote the milage down wrong and I didn't think it mattered because she added the "tenths" which added a whole number to it. Normally that wouldn't have been an issue but when I returned the vehicle the next day I was not able to for credit because one she didn't return my messages (it was a Thursday afternoon and because the milage wasn't right I couldn't check it in electronically. After three phone calls I ended up leaving the vehicle on their property. Not surprised the next day I was charged an extra $150 for milage use; instead of 21 miles I was charged 211 miles. Again, I tried to call, no answer. I finally contacted uhual customer service and was credited only $140. And because she couldn't verify the drop off time she wouldn't credit me the extra day return. All this could have been avoided if she was a little more professional in answer her customers phone messages. And the truck wasn't very clean!

Mike NThe drop off location is a hair salon and was a bit confusing as to if it was the correct drop off location or not. It was a school holiday, many kids playing in the salon, trash and dirty looking. The man the helped me check the track back in was great.
PAUL LI don’t know where to start with this uhaul rental experience. The drivers mirror was cracked and the rental place was not welcoming at all. You go into a weird parking lot that you aren’t supposed to park in and see u haul trailers and the big truck was parked on the side of the street for retrieval. It was not a safe location. A 26 foot truck should not be rented here as there is no space. Additionally, the rep though very nice did not to over all the insurance options with me. Wish I had known my options here especially as I did not realize the size of the truck rented.

Jonathan FI found the location via Google and saw 4-5 trailers parked behind a shopping plaza. There weren't any noticeable U-Haul signs. I walked around to the front of the plaza and went door-to-door to find the office. The place is also a styling salon and offers other services. I saw a Western Union sign. The lady was very nice and checked in the trailer using a cell phone, which generated an e-mailed receipt.

Abel BNo signage to find the location. After a phone call we found it, behind a restaurant. The owner came out yelling at us that we couldn’t leave the trailer there. Another phone call, another location down the road with no signage…but at least this location was helpful

JR JNo improvement necessary. Josie was amazing! She actually answered the phone 15 minutes before closing at noon on Christmas Eve and stayed late to help us get what we needed and be on our way. Another location in town never answered. Without her help we would’ve been stuck there until Monday.
REBECCA DI had a one way reservation from Marathon FL to Keystone Heights FL to drop of at the Watering Hole, Keystone Height location confirmed by email. I went to drop off a day early using myaccount and when I logged on it stated I needed to drop off at the originating location in Marathon. I called customer service but couldn't speak to a scheduling agent until the next day and when I did they told me I couldn't drop off anywhere in Keystone Heights and had to drive 25 miles to drop it off in Middleburg FL.

STEPHEN EHave the truck at the proper location so I don’t have to go to a hole in the wall that doesn’t keep their trucks on-site and doesn’t have the proper supply of rented materials.
Matthew BPlace was not open. Park in the lot with the restaurant chef came out and said you can’t park there when it was clearly U-Haul‘s parking.

Thomas FThe reservation was for 8:00 and the address was wrong. I showed up at 8:00 where the trailer was located and the sign on the door said that they open at 8:30. I came back at 8:30 and they were not open. I waited until 9:15 and registered online and left with the trailer.

Craig RTraveled from Danbury, CT To Marathon, Fl. When I arrived to me destination I noticed that the trailer leaked. My $500 Shark vacuumed and my $1000 Camera are now no longer usable. Very unhappy. Also when I arrived I was supose to get reimbursed $80 because I delivered the trailer 4 days early. I have not received anything. Katy Kobrin 203-994-8410

RICHARD CVery dissatisfied with Bob’ Tires. Originally tried to rent with Bob’s Tires to pick up at 4:30PM the day before. They were closed at 4:30, vice 5:00, as advertised. Had planned to be packed and on road early next morning. Rescheduled for 0800 next day at Bob’s. At 0830, still not there. Called and was redirected to C&V. They were on time. Made for a very long day next day. Not happy.
