The truck I was given should be in a junk yard. It was slow, clunky, and though an automatic transmission, had difficulty up or down shifting when starting out from a stop. Several times it exceeded 3000 rpms for a minute or mire because the automatic trans couldn't downshift. Fortunately, the engine did not overheat and the oil pressure remained constant. You should consider replacing trucks like the one I was given if you intend to compete with companies like Ryder and Penske.

Matthew RThe pick up location was not a problem. The lady at the pickup location was nice and helpful. I opted to check in using my mobile device however, after spending 25 minutes fighting with the app that never loads and errors out, I ended up going inside to get assistance. I was unable to complete my check in online and log mileage, fuel level, or vehicle condition. It was a very frustrating experience.

Michael NThis is the second time we've rented from this location, and just like last time, the staff was kind, prompt, attentive, and just an overall pleasure to work with. The trailer was easy to access, clean, and ready when we arrived. We will definitely use Cane Creek again if we need a U-Haul rental.

Christy HSee what happened to me. I’m currently considering suing for negligence after what they did and I’ll be in touch once I have legal advice on how to best proceed. But, not hooking up and telling you to do it yourself, then sending teenage daughter who’s never done that before and knows nothing about it to help, and then not even checking the equipment and instead snapping a pic from 20ft away where you’re outside having a smoke instead of verifying the proper connections and making sure I was safe. Which resulted in an incident less than two miles and 3 mins down the road including massive scare and panic attack to someone with severe ptsd, , minor documented bruises and injuries, tire damage to my vehicle, VISBLE FRAME DAMAGE TO MY VEHICLE, and loss of ability to use the trailer when I needed it that night and next day for what I rented it for as then was just past 7:00 when I calmed 10 mins later enough to call you and learned your service wasn’t open as the electrical cord for lights snapped when trailer flew off the ball at 55mph due to your negligence. I’ve resends from you probably 50 Times in the past and NEVER been told to go hook up my own trailer especially when the rear is pointed on a downhill slope. I’ve honestly never had a huge problem like this with you in 20 years, but was also so injured and infuriated that I opted to take a few days after I talked to you before to make sure I was calm for customer service. I will be either having myself or a representative contact you early next week….but, this locations actions were so unsafe I fell I’d be negligent and not sharing that and giving honest review.

Nathanael Wlady was understanding in the fact I had to drive more miles to pick up and drop off at the locations suggested by UHAUL than I did actually moving. she worked with me on the mileage. She could not have been more nice and helpful.
Mark GMade a reservation over the phone with a call center, then pick up the unit location was good. Then called to change drop off location, would have saved me two days worth of rental and dragging the trailer another 8 hours, but no you made the reservation as an in town not out of town. That terminology is not accurate to start with and the inability to modify rentals during the course of the rental is rigid, non customer service oriented. I will not be back, I run my own business and the lack of customer focus was amazing. Thank you

Sabra FTrailer crank handle broke. Had a replacement available but was not in the computer system. So, I waited an hour so Uhaul Corporate could put it into the system. I had a 4 hr drive back and got in super late as it took over an hour to get it swapped. The rental should be free.
