Possibly the easiest pickup and drop off of the rental I've ever had. 90% of the work was done before I ever got to the car and for the drop off I literally ended the guys the keys and walked away... Terrific experience

First time since I've been renting UHauls that a representative didn't contact me when equipment was unavailable. I originally rented moving blankets and when I arrived at the pickup site I was informed they didn't have any. This breakdown in communication left me scrambling a bit to safely finish my move. I will continue to rent from UHaul and just make sure I address this in the future
Matt RYour customer service person was super helpful and friendly. I'm sorry I didn't catch her name. She went above and beyond to correct an issue with the apps AI. Apparently it didn't think I looked like my drivers license photo. 😳
