Maintain your steering and suspension components on the vehicles please. Pretty nerve racking driving a shaking, wandering 15000lb truck. I also declined ALL additional moving accessories, and there were about 30 blankets in the truck taking up 10sq ft of space I could have used.

Pick up was great. The customer service for U-Haul was absolutely terrible! I paid extra for the drop off location when I picked it up. About 2 hours later I got a text from Uhaul telling me I had to drop it at another location that was a 45 min drive each way! They also refused to refund the money I paid to drop it at the original location even though they changed it. Brie was extremely rude and condescending. It was almost as if she was expecting an angry customer as soon as she picked up the phone.

Truck cab was dirty and still had trash from previous renters. The back of the truck had not been swept out. The exterior was in rough shape cosmetically. The location did not fulfill my reservation by not providing the utility dolly that I requested, and did not remove it from the bill so no I have to contest the charges for a “missing” dolly that was never provided.

This pickup location service was just fine. The reason for the poor review is that from start to finish my uhaul reservation was utterly confusing and inconvenient. I can honestly say I will likely never rent from uhaul again.

The employee did not correctly tighten the hitch on the ball. Therefore, we could have lost our life and got in an accident due to carelessness and poor training. We were enroute to our wedding, had damage to our truck, wedding items broken, and delayed over 8 hours to set up for our special day. This was about as awful of an experience as it gets. But we were not hurt, got married and couldn’t be more thankful for that.

We came to pick up moving van annd the office was closed on Sunday. I logged in to the mobile anpp and the mobile app wouldn’t let us get keys. After 1 hour on hold with customer told us the vendor didn’t have time to get vehicle ready. I am on a very tight schedule to move out of my house; had helpers waiting and no u-haul. Customer service did find another U-haul site 1/2 hour drive away that was open and had an available moving van. This set us back over 2 hours on our tight schedule to be out of my house. It caused me huge anxiety and frustration

I ordered my truck for Rochester MN because of the distance from my house and they gave it to me to cannon falls, I had to spend more on gas to drive to cannon and back and at the last you charged me an extra 25 dollars

The truck followed me home, and I noticed it's lights were quite dim. I know they couldn't have them on bright, as they were behind me, but I thought they looked dangerously dim. I forgot to ask the driver about it when we gassed up the truck. (It was the 26-foot truck.) Marsha Kitchel

When I returned the vehicle, the employee marked the gas gauge at 1/2. I took a photo of the gauge before we left the parking lot and when I dropped it off. I was charged $12.95 for 2 gallons of gas. I can clearly see the 1/2 mark, which means it wasn't covered up. Never just trust them to read the gas gauge accurately. Go out with them. I'm very unhappy about it. I will say, Cannon Ace has very courteous people, even the girl i spoke with, remained courteous during my irate conversation. I did post the 2 photos on my Google review. I dropped it off at 4 am, keys in the drop box. They marked the return as 9:30 am, when I went in to see if they needed anything else from me. Pick up was easy

The runter that's the wrong truck. I rented it online for 2 days. When we picked it up, they said we had the return at the next day. When we went to return the next day, they couldn't find a record of my contract, so they gave us the wrong truck. The truck we should have, that was marked out for repair. They didn't know how much gas I needed to replace so I kept kept the truck ananother night. Tell them I would drop it off. In race Lake Minnesota which I did that night when I rented it for 2 nights. I returned and add a time, and that was told. I'm going to all like, $700. Because I didn't return it back to Cannon Falls, what is s*** show!!! I would never use you uhaul again

Rental was changed last minute via text to this location from Hampton. I received no phone call or email update, so I thought it was a mistake but called this location to make sure. They said they didn't have a reservation for me and it was rented out. So I go to the other location and the employee says the regional manager approved the transfer to this location; she called to confirm and they said yes they're ready for me. So I wasted my time, gas, and had to put more mileage and gas on the uhaul. Additionally, the agent at this location misread me the price for my purchase twice; he never got it right.

No locking mechanism on the trailer, anyone could come up and uphook the trailer on take all my valuables with them. We decided to drive straight though to SC.

The parking location is not intuitive. Obvious signs for "Uhaul truck parking" would be nice. Parking next to uhaul trailers with signs that say no parking gives mixed signals

If you make a reservation online 2 weeks in advance, it should fall on UHaul to arrange to have the proper equipment at the reservation location. Not the customer having to drive all over town/ state to get the equipment, especially the day before it was to be picked up... Very Bad Customer Service to not have equipment on hand for reservations. Why do you even do reservation then? I am very thankful to my representative who worked tirelessly to help us get us our need within a 90 minute drive from our reservation location.
