Someone for sure smoked inside the vehicle. We returned as soon as possible after finishing what we have planned because we could not stand the smell. End up paying more to fill up the gas tank as we wouldn't stay longer in the truck to go to a gas station and try to figure how much fuel to add to a vehicle that did not have a full tank when we got it. Terrible. The location also smells like cigarrettes. The person that helped at the counter was excellent, but the vehicle was stinky.

15 minutes late on opening up. Had no choice but to use a credit card to reserve the unit while I picked it up, but not being able to use a different card to pay for the order when I dropped the unit off was not helpful.

He asked us to do an extra service, cleaning the truck and folding the blankets, when he just gave us the truck dirty and the blankets not folded. It is snowing and trucks get easily dirty on the outside, we never thought he would ask us to clean it. When we confirmed that we never received the blankets folded and the truck not 100% clean like it was out of the car wash he got super upset and start calling us liars and decided to close the service. john sI was not satisfied with the service, when I booked my car and paid for the rental, trying to pick up the keys, I was told that the car was broken. I had to change the location 5 km from my place, but even at the merging point I encountered problems in the current payment situation, for some reason they stopped accepting payment from my card, in the end I spent money on Uber and wasted time on a solution problems, I was finally able to use the car, the condition of the car is 3, it seems to be clean, but the smell inside is terrible, the car makes strange sounds when driving, because... I was not informed about the car's consumption, I filled in more fuel than required, and accordingly spent more money

It's essential to maintain a respectful tone with customers. - The prices on mileage rate were higher, even though my reservation specified a certain amount. - It's essential to double-check the fuel level before and after renting. I had evidence of the fuel level upon return, yet there were attempts to charge extra. - They will try to bill you a higher rate for your truck than the actual price you rented.

Shalend NMake sure the person running the location is on time for when the store is supposed to open. My reservation was for 9am she showed up at 9:30 when the store is suppose to be open at 7am. My reservation was changed to a different location without notifying me. When I got my uhaul is was disgusting. Spilt pop in the cup holders, crushed chips, filthy floors full of dirt, stunk of cigarettes and marijuana, the stereo wouldn’t turn on and when it did the volume didn’t work so it was blasting and than couldn’t turn it off. It was terrible and my go to place to rent is uhaul so I am very disappointed in the vehicle I was rented.

Kevin THire staff that don't try and have you arrested if you take a extra day to finish doing what you rented the vehicle for. Even when you calm and extend the rental they Tru and say your stealing the rental and even though you've called and payed the extra fees they won't allow you to rent again. Maybe check your staff and screen who you hire as they are supposed to treat customers and customers not theives
