We tried using the app to avoid having to go into the store but we still had to go in and do the check in process again, then we were informed that there was no drop of box for the keys so we had to either get the job done before nine or be charged for returning it the next day at 10. This information would have been nice to know so we could decide to find a place with a drop off box instead of being rushed. Also while the truck was clean we had some concerns about the brakes, the coolant system, and oil pressure which made us nervous about driving.
