Website indicated that contactless pickup while the store was closed would be possible. However, the evening before my rental the store called to tell me that it was not possible and that if I wanted to start my rental before they opened the following day, I needed to come and pickup the key from them in the next hour before they closed. Fortunately, I was able to do this but it added a lot of stress to an otherwise great experience.
