Great experience.
CHRISTOPHER KThe battery in the key fob was dead so I could not lock the van doors. The van was at another location which had no exterior lighting. The van had a bad sensor which intermittently said the doors were open & caused the cargo light to come and off.
SHEILA DThe app was not allowing me to take pictures per the requirement. The staff at the location were very helpful in trying to resolve the issue but no one was able to figure it out

Morris EWhen you make a reservation online with the drop off location, DONT change it. I went to the place (above) to drop it off and they didnt have it in the system. I had to call a number. they said I was supposed to drop it at a different location. I put the above location when I made the reservation. WHY?????
Matthew HNo appliance dolly onsite (which we rented), sticky spots on the inside of the windshield in the middle. Customer service agent was courteous, and efficient, knew her job well.
James DThe trailer was in a position that was not the easiest to hook up. There was no stand or block holding up the trailer so we had to lift and tilt the trailer to hook it up to our truck. Please be mindful that no everyone is physically capable of doing this.

Matthew SThe uhaul was not where we reserved for pick up so the attendant had to find one. We had to drive to another location. Then we had to wait for someone to come to the location to get approval to take. Renting this uhaul was inconvenient and took much longer than expected. Returning the uhaul was quick and easy. The guy helped unhitch it.

Joseph BWorker was extremely rude and didn’t explain anything. Black sticky tar in the back floor of the truck. My wife’s shoe got stuck on the sticky tar and she feel of the truck. I’m extremely frustrated

Reid LThe price somehow doubled when picking up, the truck was around the corner and not ready. The floor was covered in broken bits of rubber from used tires, not the best thing to get stuck to your shoes when moving furniture. The rear door was broken and by the time I picked up the truck from the other lot, the location was closed. They could’ve checked all of this before…thumbs down
brian cI rented a van and drove 30 miles, yet I was forced to put in $26 of gas to return tank to 3/4 of a tank when in fact the tank was only 5/8 full when I received it. I should have only needed to put in 2 gallons ($9) of gas. The link I was given when I first received the truck agreed with what was in the tank, but the clerk at the counter showed me a picture of the fuel gauge that was higher than what I saw both in the van and on the link initially.

wilmer bI wasn't able to find a truck close to the location I was picking up from..I had to use a round trip and pay per mile...with gas added it was almost $300.. very expensive 150 mile trip.

DAVID LThe truck was clean , gas was about 3/4 at pick up, antifreeze below minimum. Attendant tossed many blankets in, well over 10. Seemed a bir careless. Truck got us to our destination.

MICHAELJ Sthe truck was unsafe. It had 112000 miles on it and I was taking it on a long trip. The transmission was shot, the windshield wiper blades were old and not only didn't clean the windshield but made it worse. It was difficult to get the key out of the ignition. The truck was dirty
Catherine GI thought picking up the trailer earlier in the day would make it more convenient for the uhaul personnel. I had no intentions of using it until the next day. When I took it back yesterday (2 hours after the the time I picked up at 6 days ago), I was charged an extra day. I should have reviewed the paperwork, but this was never explained. I would have waited and picked up later had I known this.
Kyle Cno customer service. 4 guys standing around stuffing their face with sausage. dirty, crowded environment. just a raggedy service station. had me drop the trailer myself 2 blocks away in some empty lot. no attendant.

MARK HThe only trailer they had was boxed in at the back of the facility. They sent me to a second location and no one was there so I just hooked up a trailer. Then I had to return to the first location to get a cable that would work with my truck. Way more running around than I wanted to do.
JOHN MI reserved a 20 foot truck many days prior to pick up and called to confirm same the day before pick up. When we arrived, the person we dealt with said we asked for a 15 foot truck, which was ridiculous because we had the printed reservation form. Obviously we had to take the smaller truck, which prevented us from being able to move all our items. It's up to your management as to how to improve your service.

Karen MWe had an appointment 2 weeks before we were scheduled to pick up the uhaul to check compatibility and we were told it was all good. When we got there the morning of our trip we found out we had to go to the hardware store and buy an adapter for the trailer hitch and the electrical. We had to go to the store and then come back. We wasted an hour of our trip. It could have been prevented if they actually checked the compatibility. The trailer was great and everything fit. Smooth ride to Alabama. Thank you
