Ordered pads but they were wet! left outside! Told agent I would like to drop off truck in Jersey city, he looked up a location, Keepers storage, and said fine. They do not accept one ways! The truck is in dire need of new shocks, front end alignment, etc. It shakes violently!

Perhaps the rudest individual I ever worked with in all of my life at this location. This individual submitted multiple fraudulent charges on our bill. Towed the vehicle on Thursday night and told me they would handle the lost key. I requested the key overnighted and I would return the truck once the key arrived at this location. Then I was billed for 5 extra days after the car was towed on 6/23 per this locations request! On the bill it shows no "towing charge". When I asked about the towing charge the local contact told me the cleaning fee is he towing fee as per my contract? The local rep after the truck was towed against my wishes told me I would not be charged. I was never called back and when I asked about the charge he was rude and could not explain the rational. Overall, this person may not have the bandwidth or communication skills necessary to be customer facing in any capactiy. I have called the Uhaul corporate office and they have been very helpful but I would like to come to a resolution. My recommendation would be to find alternative partners to work with Uhaul and this customer experience I'm sure has not been the first at this particular location with this particular individual.
