Changed location of pick up without authorization since I hadn't answered phone call as a way to call and ask for a change of pick up location. Did not change drop off location and was charged $250 for wrong pick up location. Uhaul in general was a headache to work with this time and may be the last. Customer Service Rep Jewel left me on hold for more than 15 minutes and then hung up without resolving the issue. Documentation in system was very confusing to Service Rep Kristal, who was very helpful and patient.

ANGEL DWe asked about a dolly and the representative said there was one in the truck but for a cost. However, when we got to our destination there wasn’t a dolly in the truck. This made moving quite difficult.

RAMONA CI would prefer that uhaul had trucks in Las Cruces rather than have customers in Las Cruces have to drive about 120 miles to pick up a truck In El Paso.
THOMAS MSupposedly the fuel tank was half full, but I took a picture where it only was a little over 3/4ths of a tank. Fuel it up to how much fuel I was given and still got charged for the rest.

RICHARD WRelocate the key pick up and drop boxes from behind the dumpster. Have someone clean up around the dumpster on a regular basis or have the dumpster relocated. Also, make sure the vehicles are properly maintained. The 15’ truck I rented has steering that is jerky and has too much play in the steering wheel.

BARBARA WI requested pick up at 8am and it was changed to 9am without notice. Also, I couldn't do self pick even though I requested it. I had to wait for an hour outside until location was open.

june DReally easy process here the only thing I would say is the quality of the truck and driving it wasn’t as smooth as other rentals I’ve had. Truck just ran very old but it did get the job done!! Customer service was great and welcoming when I picked up.

enjica dI want to be clear: There was absolutely nothing wrong with the experience at this location. In fact, Roberto went above and beyond any expectation I had for U-Haul. He was friendly, welcoming, efficient, and competent at what he does. My issue is with U-Haul as a whole: you have the same price per truck for 30mins, as you do for 24 hrs. Other rental truck agencies in the area charge by the hour. If I had more preparation time, I'd have gone with someone else. If I weren't on a short-notice deployment, I'd have only paid about $36 with Pensky or another local company. In fact, U-Haul was my absolute last choice for pricing. I think yall would attract way more business if you were more flexible with pricing for local moves. There are a lot of people looking for cheaper options who don't need 24-hr+ rentals.

Brian PI called the number because online reviews were bad. Instead of the actual place I got the main uhaul number. I was assured someone would be there. No one was there just a note on the door to call them. I did. No answer on either number. I got a text back from one number to text them. I did several times. No reply. I used my phone to check in the trailer and had to just leave it where it was. I was alone and smashed my hand when the trailer came off the hitch. Do not bother using this location. Lazy, lazy people.

Rene CTruck work perfectly and it was exactly the size needed for all of our belongings. However, the air conditioner in the truck was not working which made the trip of the move really uncomfortable since it was a very hot day.

Danny MI was charged a cleaning fee of $25 and the truck wasn't clean on the inside previous renter wasted soda everywhere. But it didn't give me the option at the end to say that during equipment check-in.truck was returned cleaned and swept out . The U-Haul equipment check link expired due to mobile data issues. Could not fill it out .but took pics of truck before and after.could not upload. Wasn't sure how to document after that.
Shariqua MI leased a 10' box truck expecting to have a ramp. Trucks without a ramp means I had to load everything by hand instead of using my dolly which made my moving experience very difficult. I put twice as much gas as required hoping to get a reimbursement but they declined it.

Abel FI'm sure that being a holiday the main factor is why they were closed, but I was still able to successfully drop off my U-Haul, sadly the place is very unkept and a very large dumpster right in front of the entrance of the business was smelling pretty bad and garbage littered the entrance. And where I dropped off the key at the key box the whole area there stunk very bad.
