JOHNATHONE SThe only suggestion I would make is to pave the way to the drop box and key pick up spots. It was wet and muddy without a clear path. Other than that no issues with the location. Easy to get in a out of with the equipment.

KANDAVEL EOne of the worst rental experiences I have had. I rented 27 trucks from U-Haul. I returned 7 trucks early. That is over 3,000 dollars. Dawn at the U-Haul location clearly told me I would be reimbursed for any truck returned early. As it has been done before. I relied on that statement. After returning the trucks, the story changed. I was told I would not receive reimbursement. No one took responsibility. No one honored what was promised. Keeping thousands of dollars after early returns is unacceptable. Treating a high volume customer this way shows a lack of integrity and professionalism. Awful people to work with. I will never rent from U-Haul again and I would not recommend them to anyone.

Laura AOf all the times I have used U-Haul, this was by far the best experience. The location has plenty of space to park and obtain and return the rental equipment, it is open 7 days per week, and the representative made the process quick and easy.

ROBERT BPLEASE Remember to fog the truck, the last person to rent may have had bed bugs, roaches, or other nasty critters! You DO NOT want that drama. Fog the truck on pick up to your loading destination to ensure the previous renter's problems do not become yours.
JAMES TExcellent Customer Service- right from pick up to drop off! The trailer was clean. Associates helped us hook up the trailer, which was nice and went through safety instructions. Everyone was cordial and professional. Would recommend highly.
