The time to pick up was off abs we had signed up for 24/7 pick up. Had to call customer service because the location was closed. When they changed to time we were almost 45 minutes off our schedule. Upon returning we were charged for gas when I had filled the tank. Not happy about have to pay twice. I won't use this service agsin.

The Youtube video for the tow dolly I rented was excellent as far as how to set up an tie down the vehicle was concerned. However, with my starter dead I couldnt drive up onto the dolly. The video, or another for a non-starting car should have shown a method for come along loading. Also, there should be a steel attachment loop near the front of the tongue for the come-along to anchor to.

The location of the pickup was good. What the questions do not ask is how was the after business hours reservation pick up and drop of experience. It was terrible. At the time of pick up, the system was not operating properly so I had to call the 800 number to complete the process and was on hold 20 minutes before reaching someone. Again, when I dropped off the vehicle, there was a hold time of 21 minutes and I could not complete the process online due to issues with the website. I dropped they key and called again when I got home with another long wait time of over 20 minutes to complete the process. This was very frustrating. Long hold times and improperly operating web systems do not support what is communicated about a supposedly "easy" experience.
The PEOPLE at this location are EXCELLENT!!! I have had some experience with location and none compare to the helpfulness of these people.

Not the fault of the drop off location but I called to extend the rental for a day. First rep I spoke with said no problem as long as it wasn't rented the next day. She sent me to customer service who said she was unable to extend due to truck being rented. When I dropped off truck, the location wasn't open and there were 3 additional same sized trucks on lot. There is no reason my rental could not have been extended. You lost money and a potential future customer.
