MICHELLE FThese people are excellent. They are the ONLY people in a 100 mile radius that will accept my rental at anytime. Uhaul keeps trying to send me to Virginia or some other state for drop off. They are 90 miles from where I need to drop off my rental but alot closer than where you try to send me. I probably need to use a different rental company that can accommodate my rental return needs. Your return locations are totally unacceptable.
ALFRED LWas told I could drop the vehicle in Dagsboro DE. I had to drive 80 miles north to a different location. I had to pay for gas and change my plans for the day. Not acceptable at all.

CARL GYour customer service seems to always not know what they are doing and do not relay the information discussed to the location for pickup. This is no reflection on the location of pickup but your customer service on the phone. When you discuss alternate prices they should be passed on to the location.
FREDERICK WContinually the best and easiest Uhaul location and experience. Clean equipment and helpful staff, I've rented trucks and trailers. No need to own a trailer with help this good. Thanks!

Brian WMy original pick up point was on Governor printz blvd. When in arrived I was told my rental trailer had a large nail in the tire. The only other trailer available was a 1/2 hr in the oppsite direction. Would have been nice to know there were no trailers available on Gov Printz blvd location before I traveled there.

JOHNNY JI was supposed to pick up the Uhaul 26 foot truck in Newark De at rt 279 Exxon station. The truck was not there. Someone messed up and it really ruined our whole moving day experience. I am extremely unsatisfied with Uhaul now. We had to drive to another location 25 miles away which was not on the schedule as we had movers/helpers waiting at the home for over 2 hours due to this fiasco.
BANE HFitst time using U-haul and it was smooth and seamless. The representative at the location I rented from was excellent. If I need to move stuff again I will definitely use U-haul.

STEPHAN DGreat experience from pick-up to drop-off. Only challenge was completing the return. The app's photo taking feature worked, but the app crashed when trying to submit. It appeared everything was okay, but could not navigate to the check-out section once the app crashed.
