I'll start with the positive. Very nice people. However, the condition of the facility is not somewhere I'd want anyone to really go. The truck had a trailer on it and had to be jumped because the battery was dead. It took a long time to get everything and go because the internet they have at the facility does not work well.Ben C.
Office was a mess and they were very unorganized. They didn't have a working computer and we had to complete paperwork on their personal phone. None of the employees wore a mask and there was a cat on the counter. It took an hour to get the trailer that should hav taken 20 minutes. I definitely choose the wrong pickup location.Louis F.

Give the person their receipt upon drop off. They charged me for three days when I only used the truck for 3 hours. You can tell it was only used for one day and was returned the same day, NOT afterhours since the meter on had an added 27 miles. Also, this truck was not well maintained or disinfected to follow COVD-19 procedures. They also did not wear masks. There were three people who own the business there. They had cats all around the facility and even inside. Cats sleeping on tires and the facility was extremely dirty. They have shady practices. When I returned the car the business owner told me where to park it. The lady who checked me in told me to check for an email. I would tell everyone to avoid this location. I also recommend U-Haul to not work with this company anymore.STEPHANIE M.

Dirty, unorganized unprofessional customer service. The vehicle had issues before I left the said it was just a cold start. While we had it it broke down they sent a mechanic to fix it which took hours, then said it was the battery and suggested it was our fault not acknowledging the huge inconvenience to us. I have been renting Uhaul for a long time and never had issues. The corporate person was condescending too. This location is a mess and Uhaul dissapointed me.KISHA H.

Barely spoke to us at the counter. Place was like a dirt field and hard to figure it all out. Beyond all of that we had no idea that a one way rental would make us have to go to a further away location which we were told the night before by email. Tried to alter it with the link provided and it was a broken link. Tried to call uHaul the main number, twice, and was on hold for 20+ minutes with no person ever answering. Called two different local ones and was on hold for 8 minutes and then another 10 and then another 6. This was the absolute worst experience we have ever had with uHaul.Sean S.

I needed to change my drop-off location. I went to the website but there was no evident feature to facilitate a change. I tried to invoke the chat feature and was notified that the link was invalid. I called the number twice. Both times I waited over 10 minutes and never could get someone to come on the line when I called. There was nothing I could do but drop it at a different location and hope the charge wasn't too high. Very frustrating.JOSEPH S.
I was charged for dropping off the keys which I was not told. I was only told to go online to check in vehicle. I was not told that I would be charged. If I knew that I would not have taken the vehicle. I want my money back because I was not told of any charges if i use the drop box.Karen B.

They have a sign up to Charge for parking your car there while you use the U-Haul truck. Nobody follow Covid protocol the place was dirty no one wore masks they didn't even have shoes onSean K.

I rented a car tow dolly. The left taillight was held together with duck tape, the right straps were stuck and could not properly secure the straps around my tires. I drive from FL to TX and stopped several times just to secure the straps. I had to go to a separate store and but other supplies needed to tow my car. I spent 3 hours at the location and it took 5 men's to secure my vehicle on the dolly. I was very disappointed. The only good thing was that the main guy who helped me, he was helpful and called around for the other parts I needed.Kathy G.

Although the staff was generally pleasant, if you've not been there before, it's confusing as to where to check in. After standing at the desk for a good 5 min with no one in sight, I then went and knocked on the door to an office because I could hear people talking and then was able to get assistance. The place itself is dirty. I worry of potentially running over a nail, etc as there seems to be stuff all over the grounds. It costs nothing to keep debris out of parking/driving areas. Also, I specifically inquired as to what time they would be closing since it was Saturday and I was told 3pm. I did arrive just minutes before 3pm and was told by a gentleman who was outside that they had already closed. He suggested I put the trailer back and no worries-they would check it in on Monday. That was fine so I stared to detach everything and another gentleman came over and offered to assist me in rolling it back into its place. That was very kind of him as it was hot outside!! Also during that time, the woman who works there & assists with rentals was also outside, talking with the gentleman and she saw and was well aware that I was there returning the trailer. While we were moving the trailer, the first gentleman said that if I was able to, I should check it back in with my phone. Good idea, but I didn't have it on me so I intended to do so when I got back home. After leaving there & going to visit our son at the hospital, I came home and forgot to check it in. However, I didn't think much of it as they knew I had returned it that same day. Come Monday, I'm charged $56 for extended fees! When I called the place I rented from, I was told too bad, it's in your contract. This from the SAME woman who was there on Saturday when I returned it! I'm still in the process of debating this with Uhaul,( waiting to hear back from Dave whom I was told by a Uhaul representative is the manager over this area) as my original price that I was charged and paid on Saturday was $16. I have rented from Uhaul many times and because of the condition of this particular place, I try to avoid renting here. When I put in my order online, it always gives me other options of places to rent from. I purposely choose another location, but then I get a confirmation call saying the rental location has changed to this business. I will not rent again from Uhaul if this occurs as I would have trusted to be treated with the respect of them knowing I returned the trailer on time. Also, as per Seminole County, FL law regarding the mandatory wearing of a mask due to Covid, not ONE person who was working there abides by this. There seems to be multiple businesses run out of here, but it is a reflection on uhaul as that's my only business dealings at this place.MELISSA C.

The female staff member at check in/out was listening to music on her Bluetooth headset, ignoring questions and taking her time to get anything done. I returned the U-Haul on time, for which she met me in the parking lot and did the check-out. She decided not to check in my U-Haul until Monday morning for which I had to now battle to get the additional 2 days of U-Haul charges removed from my credit card. When I called at first, she is the one that answered and didn't care to even help. Thankfully I have a photo and time stamp of ending mileage.james R.

I will never rent from U Haul again, I was promised up to a 4 day rental and 644 free miles, instead I was charged for a 2 day rental and 573 miles, I am an unemployed 70 year old senior citizen and I am going to contact the State of Florida and have them investigate what was done to me.Tony W.
I contacted the location i picked up the truck at to let them know they over charged my card by $60. I explained to the lady I should've been reimbursed considering I paid for more mileage. I Only rented it for 3 hours and had it back by 7 p.m. the receipt said I dropped it off at 10:30 a.m. the next day! Not true! On top of that they charged me $25 for a cleaning fee when nobody was in the truck but me and all I picked up was a table. I spoke to someone they said they will get back to me. This location is not in good shape and the customer service is not good. I reserved the trailer and when I went to pick it up it still took 20 minutes for the associate to register the rental, after asking a series of questions I would have liked to have provided in advance, some of which I did. I asked for furniture pads and didn't realize I was never given them until I got home. No big deal. But I got charged $20 for them anyways. Fine. Called back 4 times asking for a refund. Got the run around every time. Sounds like 1 person there is capable of handling this function and he didn't take any action. Handed it over to American Express to deal with this place. I'd rather drive to Georgia than rent from this place again.Joe L.

the place very difficult to get to and after you got there when you finally got you trailer contract it was very hard to get through the maze of cars and equipment to hook up and then i had to do the hook up my self. on top of that it took about 45 min to get the contract because they were to busy talking to each other about there life. the lady that did the contract was very rude and very unprofessional. Woman not nice -- kept telling us she would check the truck in on her phone and then wanted my husband to park the truck in the lot beside the place. Told us we didn't need any paperwork or to sign anything. Then told us truck after inspection with her was good. This place is a mechanics shop and she acted like she didn't have time for us. Then they charged us for gasoline and a fee to put gas in the truck when we got the bill. I called U-Haul customer service because they charged me $58.00 for Fuel & Fuel Fee. We had only driven the truck 7 miles. Customer Service agreed that $58.00 was outrageous for driving 7 miles, and customer service refunded the $58.00. Customer Service people were really great, friendly & helpful.Terry C.
For the next customer make sure your trucks are clean and if you are getting your truck after hours make sure you check in your equipment online. They will RIP you off for 20.00 after hours charge ( so they say and call it an convenience fee for checking the equipment in the morning. Make sure you read your contract for any additional fees because they are not like other uhaul companies.Elonda G.
