Upon vehicle drop off the attendant said everything was fine without checking the truck and then charged me $6.00 for gas and I had just put gas in the truck and returned it with the same amount I picked it up.

Keys were not available for online pickup. Truck was behind other trucks and not ready when I arrived. Had to wait which completely defeats the point of using online at. Older man told me to just confirm everything without seeing the truck. They tried to charge $10 to leave my car. Not to mention U-Haul price per mile went up .20.

You really need to site inspect some of your locations.! I regularly rent u-hauls all over the area for construction projects so I'm familiar with the process. This location had a u-haul rental building that is apparently not used but rather a small hole in the wall garage next door (nothing telling you this clearly), Texas Chain Saw Massacre is all the comes to mind, no AC (in Florida!) cat walking all over the counter as I'm trying to do paperwork, dirty/cluttered, internet/cc machine not working properly,no proper u-haul forms/signage etc. (generic 8.5x11 printed paper), they charge you to leave a vehicle at their property for more then 2 hours (don't even tell you upfront) and have no where for you to park it with all of the junker cars and garbage laying around anyways. The 1 guy inside said to the other go show them the truck, we literally walk across the lot to the truck and the guy goes, "ok here the truck", hands me the keys and just walks away. I get in the truck and realize that they never asked me yet rented it to me for only 6 hours, I wanted it for a day as its the same rate with no pressure to rush back so much more I could say here but why even bother obviously you don't care, I would never ever ever send my wife to rent from this place nor would I return, I will drive 10 miles back to the location on 436/semoran at the storage place as that is a legit place, clean, convenient check in and check out, uniforms, clear processes and signage, they check the vehicle in and out in front of you and verify mileage/gas.etc, print a receipt on the spot, still waiting to see what I actually get charged also on a side note for you as a whole.. I understand typically local rentals often don't go that far but 1 issue everyone of your places has (have rented about 8 times this year) is they give you the truck with 1/4 tank of fuel. So often first thing I have to do is go fill up before I even do anything when I'm going to travel 50 or 60 miles. would it be so hard to make it a standard to have a minimum of a 1/2 tank of fuel for people! The truck steering was so loose it was dangerous. The low oil pressure gauge came on during the trip. With the truck rental and exorbitant mileage charge we will not use U Haul again

Disgusting location, poor representation for U-Haul. Dirty employees, dirty location! Unkept conditions. Not what you would expect whatsoever. The reception desk and area stunk and had a stray cat inside. Ceiling tiles full of mold place was dirty from head to toe

Very Pathetic atmosphere..stinking around. The Operator over there took more than 30 mins for completing reservation including the one before me. They added a utility dolly and never provided one. I have to go half way towards my destination and come back to collect it. Also there is no parking facilities and they charged $10 for parking. I will recommend a better alternative pickup location than this.

Drop off, was OK but I think my experience wasn't great because they were closed. The store representative hollered at me from the balcony of an adjacent building to just drop the key in the box and leave the truck. Wasn't a very inviting store front. Overgrown plants, not very well maintained area.

Filthy pickup location. Check in process was almost an hour. The guy renting me the U-haul never walked around the truck with me, to view previous dents to vehicle, mileage or gas gauge. The truck had trash in it and was dirty. The driver’s seat was lopsided, and driver’s windshield sun visor was broken off and behind passenger seat. The six furniture pads I ordered where not at the rental spot. I had to drive, in the opposite direction I was traveling, to another U-haul rental place to pickup the furniture pads. I was charged $10 to park at U-haul pickup location. In the future, I will ONLY pickup from an actual U-haul company location. I’ve rented a couple of trucks lately and this one was a horrible experience
