Truck interior was dirty, all kinds of junk left behind. Gas tank was near empty, yet the contract showed quarter of a tank. Next time I will check all
David ILocation was great. The staff were very attentive. I was first charged extra for fuel , but I explained that I had filled it up to what was expected to be filled. They were attentive and understanding and waived the extra fuel fee. Will be using them again for my next move

JUAN VI had the worst experience with uhaul for delivery this truck. What was supposed to be an easy job. Turned over one hour drive around Longwood . My first drop off location was in 740 W. SR 434. I couldn’t find the place when I finally call they said they could not take my truck because they had no space. They said find somewhere else to drop off. I look on line another U-Haul they could not take as well. Finally I call customer care and they inform they change my drop off location the day before. 2 hours after I pick up the truck. Was my moving day. I did not even looked my phone that day. I was ended up charged an extra 21.00 for extra mileage. So I hated use U-Haul for my moving
Suelen DBigger sign. Maybe higher than the mailbox. Or triangle shaped so visible from across the divided highway that you must U-turn for to arrive.
PATRICIA HINCREDIBLE SERVICE!!! I have been a multi platform renter for MANY YEARS and MANY different locations. MARC, at this location, was friendly, courteous and efficient. I would HIGHLY recommend THIS location and I will be definitely using them again soon to finish off the last of my move.

He took the time to explain everything I needed to know. I have rented from multiple location and the treatment I received was second to none. Aurora KPretty scary at night. The location signal did not work so it took 45 minutes to speak to someone about how we were to return the truck. Not good when you are cranky tired.
Kathy LCar shop is very messy. But they are nice and able nice to help. Uhaul app wasn't working @10pm. Felt uneasy about leaving the truck. Instructions on what to do in that situation were hard to find.

The guy he never stop playing on the phone,he didn't have eye contact, he didnt speak or explain, he just say you have a reservation,name and sign here , he give me the key and told the truck is over there. Truck was dirty and full of roaches, I was going to rent it for a week or more and I have to return it. I will try to not go there again. Very bad
Samuel Gbig gouge out of back passenger side tire noticed by us during inspection, mentioned to u-haul person, they had to change tire as no other trucks avail and delay of our moving start. gas level also less than 50% picture taken.
PAULINE CI was charged 3 times what I owed. Car Mechs didn’t mark my U-Haul as returned for 7 days after I returned it. They also charged me as if I had taken their furniture pads, but failed to supply the pads in the first place.

GREGORY BTrailer lights were not working on two options. left the location without picking up a trailer. Was told it would be cancelled and refunded but as of yet i haven't seen it.
Jeffrey BTrailer tire tread ripped off while driving and the truck was a mess when I picked it up in the cabin. The trailer light wires were split so I had to stop at Walmart and purchase wire strippers and wire caps to fix the lights so I wasn’t pulled over. Pick up location on the email was incorrect and I had to drive a extra 15 minutes to pick up the truck so that means I had to put extra miles on the truck to move and to return the rental. Trailer was not inspected correctly and could’ve ended worse then what it did. Very disappointed with this experience and makes me re consider my moving needs and might pick a different company next time around.
Steven WAt the time of pick up I was provided with the drop off location. I attempted to drop it off at the location listed on my receipt. The location would not accept the trailer because they couldn’t find my reservation in the system. After speaking with the manager they had indicated that the location for drop off had been changed and they tried to email and text me which I never I received those communications. They indicated they would charge me $50 for drop off or they provided me an updated location. I went to the updated location which was disgusting, the individual who assisted me smelled strongly of weed and wanted me to unhook and remove the trailer myself. Not a great experience.

Daniel LServed the purpose but nothing special to speak of. I picked the truck up here and had to go to another U-Haul location to get the trailer. I asked the staff about the mileage and he did nothing to adjust it. Check engine light was on in the truck and he didn’t document it.

ROBERT SUpdate your website information with the correct address. The 1st address given turned out to be a junkyard. The next address was wrong. And finally the 3rd was only identified by a sign the size of a real estate "For Sale" sign. Feel like I was a victim of "Bait & Switch" pricing. U-Haul's online reservation system listed the price as $175. Was charged $300.

Judy CWhen someone makes a resurvation at U-Haul, don't send them to a third party. My experience was awful. The rental was not ready on time which pushed my schedule back and the facility was filthy. Not what I was expecting. I will avoid renting from U-Hual in the future.

BRANDON DSo.. my whole uhaul experience was sub par. The location in Longwood was fine. The location in Altamonte Springs(my original pick up destination), not so much! So, I reserved a 26' truck about a week before my move date. Upon arrival, they did not have my truck available, and sent me to the store in Longwood. This put me behind schedule. Also, the woman who helped me at the Altamonte store was fairly rude. Granted yes she did try to help by finding me another truck, she was not apologetic about the inconvenience, and did minimal. It more or less felt like she just wanted me to get out of her hair. U haul did nothing to attempt to reconcile their mistakes, even though my reservation was a week prior. Thankfully the guy in Longwood got the job done for me! So, thank you Longwood! Altamonte, step it up! (OH, and there WAS another 26' truck in Altamonte, but it was for one way only! They should have given me that truck and sent the next guy to Longwood, just saying)!

We were instructed to go to a different site. 2nd pickup site..... Could be better area. Service good by the one person there. Fittings on the dolly were rusty and hard to manipulate. I had to oil them. Traveled 600 miles with no problem. Reservartion # 74463967
