Nothing, to improve in my impression The place manager/owner's attention, Justin, is over the top. He's a gentleman and takes care of the customer. I had to extend equipment, no issues & returning it, Justin took the equipment out of the truck himself. The attention desk area is clean & well organized. Best experience so far with U-Haul.

Clayton SI picked up the truck at 11:40am and was told that I had to have it back by 5:00 pm. CarTime called me at 4:23pm and said they were closing in 15 minutes. When I arrived at the location they were closed. Received no instructions on what to do with truck nor keys. AND MY CAR IS LOCKED IN THEIR FACILITY UNTIL MONDAY. I had to call for a ride, wait in the dark alone along a busy highway. THIS LOCATION SHOULD NOT BE A UHAUL DEALER. Absolute worst customer service ever. I rent often but will be seeking other companies.

Terrie FUhaul needs to revaluate their criteria on where to position a facility. Uhaul as another location on the other side of the road 1/2 mile apart. I don't know if it was the end of the day or it was a hard day but I felt that the one fella was imposed upon with my return. He was curt and did not make eye contact with me. I've read the other comments about this areas drop off locations and none were good. The ONLY locations that are what I expect are the corporate run ones.

Debra DThe people were professional, and enviroment clean but accessible was poor. This is a Used Car Dealer lot, there was no clear place to park my personal vehicle. I had to park across four lanes of major traffic to pick up my cleaned truck. The recommended parking doesn't allow for "overnight " parking and had to waste gas in locating suitable parking location close to the property makes it difficult for me in many ways to return in a timely manner. If you are an independent person it can be a bit challenging.

kenneth LDid not look like a drop off location, when I missed the turn there was no location to turn around the truck ( 26’) nearby. When entering the location was greeted immediately and professionally by a worker to move the truck. That was necessary because there was no room to go anywhere and was difficult to manuveur are second vehicle to get out of the lot.

Kevin lContact person was rude. Didn't bother to really read my contract, that I had an extra day. This caused unnecessary stress. He tried to rush us out the door before having everything finalized. I would not refer anyone to this location

Karen SMake sure the brake and signal light works on both side. Had to take this unit no other options and the guy who hooked it up said it was ok. So I drove with no signal or brake light for the right side of the trailer. Also be upfront with the automatic charges when returning. I cleaned it out and was still charged 15.00.
Richard IClosest office did not have a tow dolly but located one nearby and reserved for me. Got there hooked up and gone in 15 min. Same quick service when returning. The interconnect system worked great and will look to Uhaul every time.
