It was a used car lot that didn't care about uhaul side hustle. Hard to get anyone to help me at first. The rented a car hauler that was missing the tire strap on one side, cost me an hour to switch it out. The boss was a good guy and told his lazy crew to get me loaded up. Also, the hauler ripped my front bumper off my BMW. I paid for insurance. How do I file a claim?

Geoff WI had to go to three different u haul places to get the tow dolly. Each time the place I was called and they said they had it but, when I got there they said it was just local although was told it was going to a different city 2 hrs away. I am 73 yrs old and it was one of the worse business service I have ever dealt with. I will never rent anything from U haul again. Also the three different places took over one hour of my time.
