The drop off is very dark if you do it after sunset. Need better lighting for safety.
Lavonna CTerrible customer service. Front desk person is either new or hasn’t been trained whatsoever. She had no idea where the truck was after handing me the key and made no effort to direct me to it other than saying “it’s outside”. I also asked about after hour drops offs and she’s said, oh yeah just drop the key off in the lock box, but never said I had to go online and use the app to do it. Lastly, I filled the tank with twice as much gas than what I had picked it up with and I was still charged a gas fee. When I called to ask about it, they said “the system tells us it’s not filled up where it should be”. They didn’t even check, they say it’s automated by the truck which is a lie because I called other U-Haul places and they all said it’s supposed to be manually checked smh. Terrible customer service at this place. Should’ve known better than renting a truck from a dental office, never again.
David RIf the keys are going to be kept indoors due to the temperature, change the message in the app that says where to get the keys to be respectful of clients' time.
Kaitlyn BI left a report with pictures when checking out/returning the Uhaul. When picking up the Uhaul, it was open, dirty, had broken glass in it and a broken panel under the steering wheel. I had to clean it out myself before taking it. I was never offered an apology or any sort of refund. There are no directions to go to the back to get the Uhaul. It was very disorganized. I will never go back to this location and am frustrated with Uhaul in general.
Brad BThe representative here has the worst attitude over the phone. She was rude. Then I asked her can she switch it to mobile pick up she didn’t. When I called her to ask for help. She had no idea how to help me. After calling another location a lady got me to someone to help me by changing it to mobile for checking. The lady called me saying she had a meeting to go to and wouldn’t be there until a later time which was very inconveniencing.
KIMBERLY DThis was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I didn’t even get to finish using the vehicle before the vehicle broke down due to the branch avoiding maintenance. The vehicle already had several features of the vehicle that wasn’t working including the charger port and I never had peace of mind driving. I hope I will be reimbursed for this major inconvenience. I have over $10,000 of equipment that I had to leave in the vehicle until the am.

WIKENSON VThis lady is cheating customers. I rented a 26' truck the gas level was at 40 miles to E and I dropped it with gas level to 65 miles to E and we'll cleaned. But, this lady dared to charge my credit card an extra $30 for service fee and $25 for cleaning fee. I've been renting uhaul trucks for years I never experienced a case like this. It's a lesson learned. I will never return to this location and I don't recommend anybody this location.

WILLIAM CI was charged a Cleaning fee despite cleaning the equipment myself. I found some Pet hair and a pair of socks on the passengers side of the truck. I never requested insurance and I was charged for it too. One of my worst experiences with Uhaul. No transparency or standard.

NICOLETTE RThe truck needed an alignment and the side mirror was broken. I could not move the it (top passenger mirror) to see behind me. Also the lining on the inside of the truck was coming apart.
Delilah JWhen I picked the U Haul up, it had a quarter of tank of gas. I took it back with the same amount and they charged me $30. They also charged me for 2 reservations because I was 20 mins late returning the U- Haul. I can understand being charged a late fee, but for an extra reservation with insurance and all, I might as well kept it another 6 hours. On top of not being able to getthe U- Haul until an hour later because it was a problem with the lockbox. My day was so frustrating from dealing with all I dealt with.

Angela tRental was not prepped for after hours pickup. I then had to drive several miles to pick up another truck that I had to pay the extra miles on. I then returned the truck to the first location I wanted to use as specified by customer service. I was then called the next day saying I had not returned the truck and needed to drive the truck from the drop location to the pick location. I want my $50 guarantee that the reservation would be ready. I was also threatened to be fined by the lady who called me day after drop off. She hung up on me when I mentioned wanting my $50 guarantee.

MAMADOU BThe location was closed when it was supposed to be open. I was not able to move any of my appliances due to not have the appliance dolly. The hub location refused to give me one even though instructed to do so. It was an horrible experience! The first bad experience I had with uhual actually!

Sarita WMake sure equipment is clean. Our cab smelled like cat pee and there was no other option for us. If we would have had to travel further, I would not have continued to use this truck. For the price that is paid, I think it is unacceptable for the truck to not be cleaned appropriately.
