Terrible customer service. Front desk person is either new or hasn’t been trained whatsoever. She had no idea where the truck was after handing me the key and made no effort to direct me to it other than saying “it’s outside”. I also asked about after hour drops offs and she’s said, oh yeah just drop the key off in the lock box, but never said I had to go online and use the app to do it. Lastly, I filled the tank with twice as much gas than what I had picked it up with and I was still charged a gas fee. When I called to ask about it, they said “the system tells us it’s not filled up where it should be”. They didn’t even check, they say it’s automated by the truck which is a lie because I called other U-Haul places and they all said it’s supposed to be manually checked smh. Terrible customer service at this place. Should’ve known better than renting a truck from a dental office, never again.

If the keys are going to be kept indoors due to the temperature, change the message in the app that says where to get the keys to be respectful of clients' time.
Kaitlyn BI left a report with pictures when checking out/returning the Uhaul. When picking up the Uhaul, it was open, dirty, had broken glass in it and a broken panel under the steering wheel. I had to clean it out myself before taking it. I was never offered an apology or any sort of refund. There are no directions to go to the back to get the Uhaul. It was very disorganized. I will never go back to this location and am frustrated with Uhaul in general.
Brad BThe representative here has the worst attitude over the phone. She was rude. Then I asked her can she switch it to mobile pick up she didn’t. When I called her to ask for help. She had no idea how to help me. After calling another location a lady got me to someone to help me by changing it to mobile for checking. The lady called me saying she had a meeting to go to and wouldn’t be there until a later time which was very inconveniencing.
KIMBERLY DThis was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I didn’t even get to finish using the vehicle before the vehicle broke down due to the branch avoiding maintenance. The vehicle already had several features of the vehicle that wasn’t working including the charger port and I never had peace of mind driving. I hope I will be reimbursed for this major inconvenience. I have over $10,000 of equipment that I had to leave in the vehicle until the am.
