I was not allowed to rent an auto transport because the "area manager" was coming to pick the one at this location up. So I had to drive 30 minutes out of the way to pick one up. When I returned my rental the auto transport was still there. I had already been inconvenienced due to the website sending me to someone's house instead of an actual uhaul site. The gentleman that rented the truck was fantastic and empathetic to my experience. But the whole ordeal threw my day 2 hours off schedule. It was a bad situation that feels like could have largely been avoided. I checked in prior to my arrival and uhaul still cost me valuable time while charging me full price.Charles L.

Our pick up location was moved to this place the day before. We had a 7:30 am pick up. The store did not open until 8:00 and the employees were 10 minutes late arriving. This was a terrible experience.Andrew T.
The staff person was not very friendly and although it is a tire place, it doesn't take two people to put on two tires. We waited about twenty five to thirty minutes to be helped. There were no apologies or a friendly smile not even when we pulled up. Nor was there acknowledgement of us being there. I had to approach and ask questions.Debra S.

The representative had a very nasty attitude and very unprofessional!!! The transmission kept skipping and I was charged $29.99 for a $19.95 truck, but I needed truck do I took it. Then I googled Map mileage went straight therer came back and brought back truck and it was charged double for miles. Representative got snobbish and walked off. I will never use him again!!! He already had attitude before I got truck, but I needed truck so I looked over hire rudeness!!!Shayla D.

The smell in the office was overbearing; I had to stand outside the office or risk feeling nauseous. I had to wait about 15 to get the paperwork started; I drove 4.5 hours to remove 2 storage units within a short period of time and a 4.5 drive back some time was crucial to me. Having another employee would have sped up the check out process but overall it was a good experience.Diane H.

Once Again, Despite the fact that the Location Select to Pick Up the Truck from Didn't Have the 10' Truck, Uhaul Customer Service Allowed me to Get a 15' Truck at No Added Cost . Also, I was contacted by Email dictating the Exact Amount being Refunding To My Debit Card because of the Utility Dolly Not Being Available at that Location ( My Fuel Level Was Ok And I Didn't Exceed My Mileage !!! ).Angela W.

I was charged for gas even though we put the right amount in before returning the truck. We have a picture to prove it and they said it was taken from the side so they can't tell. I'm not sure why they think we would not put the correct amount of gas in if we know that the fuel charge could be added and possiblely cost more than putting gas in it. It's at a horrible location as well. We waiting 30 minutes to get the truck because they were working on cars.Amber J.

The rental location itself wasnt half bad. I was mostly dissapointed in Uhaul as a whole. My reservation location was moved and I was not given notice the night before like uhaul promises. Instead , my original rental time was 10 AM and I got a call that morning at 8 AM saying that my truck is going to be at another location and I cant pick it up until 2PM.Megan M.

This location was nasty...afraid to touch anything...filthy...the people working there at the tire business were sketchy looking...Not a good experience... this is my second time for a Uhaul rental that was had a less than optimal beginning...I originally choose a different pickup store but Uhaul changed my site ...Women should not have to go to such distant locations as this last site...sherry N.

I mapped quest my locations because when I received my receipt it was over the mileage but when calling the business I told them the mileage was off he argued that he was right. I explained I could show him the map quest he hung up phone very rude!!. Will never use this location again!!VALERIE W.

The gentleman who I dealt with needs a little more experience with the truck rental and return process. It is a garage where they specialized in tire sales and reapirs it was messy, unorganized, and the office was not customer inviting.JENNIFER Y.

The wiring was held together with painters tape, which fell apart when door moved on track. The door would only open 18 inches, which when the facilities owner opened the door for me, I am certain he knew there was a problem. I should have known better, I guess. I had to spend 2 hours getting a broken bolt out of the door track so it would open (with difficulty) and the painters paint was falling off in the heat so I had to temporarily fix. This owner should have checked all this out before I left. Worst experience in 40 years of renting U-hauls. We were 3 hours from nearest mechanic so I was stuck. I called national center and they were great and understanding and allowed me to drop it off at location where I was delivering. He told me "when you pull of the lot don't call me, call U-haul, if you have trouble." Unbelievable.Roger T.
