Tried talk to him about the credit card problem not my Td visa he said talk to you people. He was gonna charge me more for fuel. I’m very glad I took a picture of that. I put more in when I dropped it off and he also didn’t take off that CDW insurance it was at 35. I said I waved that and he’s still on the bill is 1995 or whatever and he says oh they’ll have to deal with it so no not satisfied anyway I will be calling and we’re gonna go through this. Thank you for your patience.

RECEP ACounter attendants unusually slow with entire process. I ordered two Dollies for a quicker move, & the counter attendant told me they didn't have the second one. I told him 'unacceptable' he kept saying, 'we don't have it...it didn't come from other location.' I assertively went into the garage & told them I ordered 2 & if they didn't have it, then Go & Get It. Another mechanic came out with a second one then. He kept me & my movers waiting and Hour with his baloney. I have used u haul across Canada, & would Never give this place my business again. It was as if he deliberately went as slowly as he could. Then he lied & tried to pull one over on us.

ROBERT WPersonnel had some difficulty getting paperwork straightened out in computer since Brant Fuels in Brantford was supposed to have had trailer ready for me but gave it to someone else in my pickup time frame so UHaul transferred me to this dealer for transporter trailer pickup.
