Waited half an hour to be helped, employee was very rude. The U-Haul was dirty and was overcharged. When I called he told me there was nothing he could do and to call a different number. Very disappointing, won’t be using the service again.

How U-Haul Reviews Worksmooth as silk with operator and no problem with the car carrier , thanks Jerry
GERALD MLocation was easy to find and had a gas station close by, all good. Parking spaces could have been a little larger (deeper) I felt like I was overhanging even though I was backed right into the end of the space. The app check in process was horrible. This was an after hours drop off.
