DAVID WI know of nothing that could have made my truck rental experience any smoother from beginning to end. (Maybe, a lower price but who would not want that?) I had to, at the last minute, change to a three seater cab from the original size truck ordered. I had assumed there would be a bench seat. There was no problem upgrading. All pricing aspects were fully explained before we took off from the gas station. I highly recommend dealing with Carroll Moter Fuel at 8100 Ritchie Hwy Pasadena, MD 21122 for truck rentals. Both gentlemen I dealt with were very knowledgeable of the procedure and both were friendly.

LYNDON SThe attendant was very helpful! Made checking it out easy and checking it back in easy. Only complaint I had was the online inspection app from U-Haul. I took pictures of the side of the truck and was ready to upload it and there was no way to upload the pictures from my file so I had to go out and retake the photos. That’s very inconvenient

MARY CHere are my many issues with this rental: 1. Slow check out 2. Slow check in 3. Bad brakes on truck 4. Poor acceleration 5. Charges me $70 to keep equipment 2 hours longer 6. Bad tire tread 7. Bad phone customer service 8. High costs I am very displeased and deserve a discount as a loyal customer

PASQUALE AThe trailer is in need of new tires, tread depth is below 1/8 of an inch. Prior damage to the fender has caused one of the marker lights to be inoperable. One of the safety chains hooks has been bent nearly closed and needs to be replaced, the wiring harness has damage and may lead to a short in wet conditions. I am not sure if this is all of your 12' trailers, but the lack of a stand made putting the hitch onto the ball more difficult than it needed to be.
MICHAEL HI had to wait for 30 minutes my scheduled rental because the vehicle I was supposed to you was rented out to someone else. Now I am being charged double the mileage because the same U-Haul rep didn’t know what they were doing. The employee walked around with a baby on his shoulder while trying to get other customers taken care of. When I mentioned about the trash in the truck, he pointed to the trash can. I had a scheduled furniture delivery pickup and because I was more than 15 minutes late, I had to reschedule pickup for another day. The entire rental was a waste of my time and money because of poor customer service and lack of representative training. Stay away, find somewhere else.
Andrew GI buy gasoline at the drop off point all the time. For some reason, the gas station attendent could not find a record of his location being the drop-off point. I thought he was going to have to send me to a less-convenient place, but by looking up the Trailer Id, he was able to find my reciept and take care of me.
Teresa THave the trucks in good condition. Have the accessories that were requested. Have an employee dedicated to handling the U-haul customers and not the entire station Don’t leave advertising cardboard signs in the cab for the customer to deal with and when the customer asks you to take the sign don’t tell them to just stick it in the truck
Richard PTHE TRUCK HAD SOME MILES ON IT AND THE DOORS HAD TO BE SLAMMED HARD TO CLOSE COMPLETLY. OTHERWISE THE TRUCK DID WELL AND WAS JUST WHAT WE NEEDED, THE REPRESENTATIVE WAS VERY COURTEOUS AND ANSWED ALL QUESTIONS.

LARISSA LI needed to move some furniture from storage that wouldn't fit in my car and take more to Goodwill. U-Haul and a little muscle power saved me a lot of money! I would recommend to others. Convenient to the area, easy to find, truck was completely clean, the representative in the station was friendly, efficient, professional! Reserving a vehicle online was simple.
SUZANNE CLet your customer know in advance that there is no parking on the lot, and if they do then the customer must pay a parking fee.
Calvin WHonestly have no complaints. The guy that rented the Uhaul to me was so nice and helpful the same with dropping it off the next day. I will definitely rent one from them the next time i need one. Thank you!

Samuel SThe guy tried charging me for furniture pads when I was renting a tow dolly. He never came out to inspect or hook the trailer and he never inspected it when I returned. I took video to cover me. Then he wanted me to wait while he waited on gas station customers.
Jeffrey HI was charged an extra $40 for mileage when I was told YOU DID NOT CHARGE BY MILEAGE. Also, Charging a $30 gas service fee on top of the gas you are charging for is disgraceful. That $30 better go to the actual individual who pumped the gas but I know it won’t because corporations will do anything to make an extra dollar. Really, truly, disgusting.

William CThe gentlemen working Thursday night shift (pick up 6pm) at Carrol motors was awesome. I was unable to scan my ID through the app so we had to cancel and make a new reservation. The gentleman working was able to do a reservation while on site and get me the truck needed. Thank you so much!!

james mI reached out to confirm if we get a prorated discount ahead of time since I didn't think we would need the truck for the full 2 days, never heard back. And now, I was charged the full amount even though we returned the truck a day early. The person at the location needed us to move the truck 3 times when we returned it because of the limited parking for these vehicles. We told him he'd have to move it the last time, but he said he couldn't drive. Kind of ridiculous that you have a UHaul rent location set up when the people working there are incapable of handling the vehicles. Overall not very happy with this location.
