Despite putting this order in a month in advanced I showed up and NOTHING was ready. They should not have Uhaul. No pads, pulled from a broken metal shed. I helped move things along...cost me an extra 20 minutes. Very dissapointing. Upon drop, doors locked, message was he was in the bathroom...30 minutes. I finally took pictures and eventually found the key drop. Ni where near the truck or attached to the building. Poor at best
