The place lied about the truck not being cleaned, returned late and the amount of gas in it. I am not even sure if the millage they reported is the right thing because it had a tire sensor on the whole time

Truck batter died literally across the street filling up the tank. The owner was no help and rude and was forced to wait for 2 hours with my wife and two young children from 7pm to 9pm. The worst customer service!

Employees have to VERIFY that the mileage of the trucks shown in their computer matches the actual truck mileage. Thanks to this type of errors can cost MONEY to the costumer. I was overcharge for 65 miles that I didn't even use. I tried to contact someone from U-Haul to talk about this matter and no one respond any of my email or phone calls, and at the end they just took the money out of my account without my authorization or even talk to me first. It is very upsetting that we as a costumers that are paying for a service have to pay extra money for your employees errors.

Have the equipment that you say you will have in hand. This isn't a uhaul store, I didn't receive the same customer service I am used to and had an accident resulting in an injury because the furniture dolly I was promised was not provided.

When I first inspected vehicle, it looked used from previous owners, not to mention personal belongings left in truck. Overall experience with renters and pick up location was great. It was difficult to mark online whether the truck needed to be cleaned without getting charged the 25 for cleaning fee. Especially when it was already dirty to begin with.

I really do not think U-Haul can improve their service. I had a long time thinking this question over because my job is to be critical of others. However, criticism would be unnecessary in this scenario. I want to thank U-Haul, the company and all of the amazing individuals that keep this organization going. I had no problems making my first ever family move and it took over 300 miles. I will recommend this service to everyone I come into contact with, especially friends and family. The process was not smooth and the manager tried over charging me. I caught the error and he fixed it.. The truck was a bit outdated and the dricer window handle was missing but it served its purpose.

Let's get one thing straight. This location was fantastic...in the morning. Uhaul on the other hand? Atrocious from start to finish. I had to reserve at multiple locations and then reserve multiple times at the same location before their system finally worked. Then I get a call telling me that their system shows I stole the truck. For some reason they never charged the card. That I had now put in their system FOUR SEPARATE TIMES! Then there were the evening employees that legitimately refused to talk to me when I returned the truck. Just a bunch of jerks that were upset I was interrupting their conversation. Moral of the story: UHAUL's inability to operate properly cost me 4 hours of running around town to figure out what was happening, and turned a 5 hour cross town move into a 12 hour ordeal. Let's not even talk about the 45 minute hold time to contact customer service. What a joke. Be better.

Make sure the customer realizes they will be sent a link they will need to fill out at the time of seeing their uhaul because it will quickly expire.

Keep an eye on the gas and the mileage better. I was Told the gas was full and it Was about 3/4 full. And the mileage they gave me was wrong .There was more mileage on it than indicated.

Truck was dirty when picked up, pickup survey was delayed until I was halfway to destination when I got text when I filled it out it had already expired. U haul location didn't have enough blankets that where requested. Instead of getting 12 we got 5. The staff where helpful and apologetic but it was still a normal uhaul experience

Pick this 15” uhaul up from Carry-On food mart. Truck was dirty, trash left inside, and cab was horrible. Had no choice but to take the truck because uhaul routed us to three different places on the day we were to pick it up and leave. Arrived in San Angelo, Tx returned the truck and I was charged$25.00 for a dirty truck, which I took video and pictures of before I left.

When I went to pick up truck and supplies I ordered on line, store did not have any moving blankets, or a flat dolly that I ordered on line. The employee told me the truck was full of fuel which it was not. 8 miles into our trip, the gas gauge showed only half full. My driver stopped and added $70 of fuel, which he proved by taking pics of fuel gage and odometer. The steering on the trick was very loose- a lot of play in it which made it tricky to drive.

Truck was not on site even though I called 5 minutes before arriving and was told that was. The truck I rented was not full of gas but the gauge showed it was. I drove 10 miles total and had to put in 4 gallons of gas to fill it. The attendant could care less.

I received the vehicle and it was dirty upon receiving. I returned the vehicle and was asked if the interior was clean for the next user and responded truthfully and was charged a cleaning fee. I didn't dirty the vehicle yet I payed for the cleaning.

Did not supply me with the dolly I requested. Upon arriving at the uHaul storage facility, I requested a dolly in order to have one since one was not provided. They did not provide one and I called customer service, they said that the manager would call and they would provide one at the original pick up location. Never received a call, never got a dolly. I am one person of under 110 pounds trying to move a whole apartment worth of boxes and furniture, basically rented the uHaul truck for nothing. Couldn't move any of the stuff I rented the truck for. WASTE OF MONEY and TIME! I spent $70 for absolutely nothing, and got overcharged for mileage driving back to the pick up location waiting for a call from the manager. This is my first time moving alone and it was a terrible experience without the necessary tools, unprofessional and inconsiderate. Might as well have never rented the truck because the WHOLE REASON I RENTED IT WAS TO MOVE MY FURNITURE....WHICH NEEDS A DOLLY!!!!!

Everything was well cared for except the fact that the gentleman that requested the truck for me wouldn't come take a look after my use was over. I filled the tank exactly to the spot I took over at (have pictures for proof). He kept saying ‘no you are fine,I'll take care of it. My helper is not here to check the truck out and give you the receipt). He charged me $26 extra for fuel. You Can't be a Uhaul agent if you dont do how actual Uhaul locations do it.

Your system is great maybe leave some antibacteria wipes for steering wheel and door handles. The truck was clean of trash but the cupholder were dirty and the windows and door handles needed wipe down and the truck needed a sweep before i put my belongings but overall i was very satisfied and would all go to this location evertime i need a uhaul i seriuosly would recomend as well and feel like your the best uhaul in san antonio

Original drop off location not in operation. I was required to go to another location 2 miles away on busy road with school zone and traffic. Inconvenient. 4447 DeZavala. 5999 De Zavala. not accepting returns. Still had 2 U-Haul trailers in the parking lot. I'll likely do comparison shopping for better value on my next rental.

I never received a paper copy of anything. When I asked they said we only email. I said I didn't ask for that. Then I waited in the store 30 minutes and the email never came. They told me my final charges without showing me anything. I should have been shown the final breakdown and given a receipt for my records

PLEASE READ THIS! The truck cab had a horrible smell inside of perfume/deodorant! Literally like a cheap motel! This actually got me sick. Tell your people clean doesn't doesn't need to smell of purfume! Clean is no smell at all!
