The entire system for app was down. It took over 22 minutes to get a code which I had already asked for a new code. Customer Service phone line was tied up for 45min to hour. I was over an hour late to get through the process. I give phone rep Sydney a 10 for customer service. Very helpful and stayed on the line. Also the dolly and furniture dolly were not in the truck as requested. Found out it wasn’t available at this site. So why do they let you request one?

Improve the app when returning the truck, also have a valid phone to get in contact with someone when having trouble returning the truck, also the phone number for this location goes straight to the dumpling restaurant located à u haul dealer.
DAVID AYour app is horrible. It took me 30 minutes to pick up the vehicle and 10 minutes to return it. The lock was jammed and it took a long time to get the key. We tried calling but there was a 34 minute wait. Horrible service.
EDWARD FI am being charged a cleaning a fee when I put on the initial check of the vehicle that it was dirty. The vehicle ran great but not happy about the cleaning fee.
STEVEN GGas was basically almost to E when I picked up truck. Previous user left passenger window open and it rained so entire right side of cab was full of water.
