Your app is horrible. It took me 30 minutes to pick up the vehicle and 10 minutes to return it. The lock was jammed and it took a long time to get the key. We tried calling but there was a 34 minute wait. Horrible service.
EDWARD FI am being charged a cleaning a fee when I put on the initial check of the vehicle that it was dirty. The vehicle ran great but not happy about the cleaning fee.
STEVEN GGas was basically almost to E when I picked up truck. Previous user left passenger window open and it rained so entire right side of cab was full of water.
