Truck I wanted wasn't available at the near by location. I drove extra miles to pick it up and was promised a $25 credit at drop off that did not happen. U-haul should maybe offer to drive the available truck to the customer's preferred pick up/drop off location. 22 extra miles at $1.19/mile. Shameful, U-haul.

I reserved a truck at 7am at one location, and a representative called to confirm at a different location that worked for me. On the morning of pickup, I went to the cars bike shop location and it did not open until 10. After getting through to a UHaul representative at 730 am, I was told it was changed to mobile pick up. I was not informed of this at any time prior. My Uhaul account did not say this was a mobile pickup and I could not start the process. I was transferred and put on hold again until 745 when the next representative made a change on my account so that I could begin the mobile pick up. I was not able to get the equipment until 8am. We ended up having to unload in the rain. To improve for the next customer, you should make people aware before hand that it will be a mobile pick up and verify that their account and reservation reflects that.

Having the prices be exact online would be great. Do not like coming in being told I only have to pay $100 upfront and pay the rest after. Instead I ended up paying 247 for a one way? Why is a one way more expensive then bringing it back? Disappointed with price considering I have worked with movers who charger way less and do all the labor.

Uhaul.com could not verify my location. I could not drop off at original Ferndale location in Fridley. Even though I used google maps to locate drop off uhaul.com told me I had my location off and to go to settings in my browser to turn on?!

We waited more than 35 minutes before we could get into the truck. By the time we got it and drove to the place to pick up our furniture the place was closed. As a result of uhauls ridiculous verification process and lack of information that resulted in a useless rental. Absolutely ridiculous! Will probably never use uhaul again. Disappointed

I was told that the size truck I ordered was not around anymore and had to take the 15-foot truck that was there instead. No other choice. I was happy that the gentleman was able to fix the location I needed to drop off at. The staff was not knowledgable about the trucks and did not explain anything about the truck to me before I got into it or left the building.

Arrived at 12 noon for pick up, truck was scheduled for 12 noon. The 2 nice employees there said the owner is the only one that can check out a truck. The owner arrived at 1240pm, which set us back about an hour by the time we were provided the truck.

Bruce the owner at cars bike shop in Moundsview Minnesota has dealt with me personally Jonniesue Staley for over I think for five years that place in that environment is the best experience I've ever experienced with me having a brain injury and have a brain tumor and is he has directed and guided me through the whole process ,I personally and professionally recommend cars bike shop in Mounds view Bruce the owner is so inviting he so helpful is considerate and U Haul should be compensating him for the experience I had in hitting them people up there work for U-Haul and they actually should be representing and it Van I personally and professionally recommend car's bike shop in Moundsview Bruce the owner is so inviting he so helpful is considerate and U Haul should Actually be compensating cars bike shop for having to correct the problem that I had starting out on my trip from Hibbing Minnesota I recommend cars bike shop Bruce the owner to everyone that's experience I had but he's been the only experience I've had known him foreve actually be compensating cars bike shop for having to correct the problem that I had starting out on my trip from Hibbing Minnesota I recommend cars bike shop Bruce the owner to everyone Best experience ever thank you Bruce from cars bike shop for being here and correcting the problem and I better be compensated I'm not going to be $196 for this move so I'm putting a hold on this payment U-Haul

Did rental online. Sent me to dealer who closed for good that night, when I was supposed to drop off. My car was at that drop off and I had to go to another place to return the truck. To say I am unhappy is an understatement. I will be calling Budget or Penske next time.

the location and people where fine, the equiptment I used was not, I had told them what kind of car I had, when we got there to put my car on the dolly, it just about ripped the front of my car off, we had to take the whole front of my car off to get it on the dolly, then my tires were too wide (which are standard size), it was a really bad situation, not happy at all, and I already have arrangements to get a big truck and car CARRIER on Nov 2nd, hope this experiece will be better!
