Marcia B.Great location, great owner! The only thing I would do is improve the system on the UHAUL side. The Owner had to reenter all the things I already entered into the system, and the system didn't ask for my drivers license so the owner of the site had to put that information in, too.

Jim B.This location was unstaffed so we had to use mobile pick up. The u-haul website kept crashing so we had to call support for the mobile pick up and then the lock on the key box was frozen. I suggest using a staffed location, or pick up during business hours.
Marco M.Everything went smooth, I was able to drop off at the same location we picked it up which was nice. When I rented on line it didn't give me the option to do that, it would have been nice to have just set it up that way. The clerk said it was because it was a one way rental.

Jonathan S.My reservation was incorrect so the app would not let me check in to get my truck. I had to call customer service and waited over an hour to get my truck and keys. They kept saying my time was 10am but my confirmation email showed 6am like I originally scheduled.

JOHN S.I was sent a text message with the address of the place the day of the rental. However, the directions were off. That would be the only compliant I had.
Vincent B.The agent at the location arrived 20 min late: I was told the trick would be available at 10:00 a.m. and he arrived to start his day at 10:20 a.m. The truck had not been swept out by the previous user and there was damage to a wheel that ended up being a non-issue. The manager provided no explanation for his delay and at no time did he apologize for the inconvenience. I had arranged through UHaul for packers to assist load the truck and I was on a tight timeline to be ready for their arrival to ensure the loading of the truck was completed within the window of time they were available.

Marcel C.Truck Share 24/7 at this location worked great! But I requested two dollies and furniture pads. They were not loaded into the truck and I had no way to retrieve them from the location since it wasnt open and there was no instruction. Not the end of the world but its extremely inconvienent if you are planning to have them. For this reason I will likely never use U-Haul Truck Share 24/7 or rent for a neighborhood dealer again.

They send an email the day before assuming the renter has access. never a phone call or consideration on the impact to the renter. There are reasons why locations are picked for pick-up. If the selected pick-up location is not capable of providing required equipment take the off the list!!

Karl B.The location was great. Unfortunately U Haul did not follow through with their guarantee of getting me my reserved equipment at the location I originally sent. Extremely disappointed in their lacking ability to provide what they promised. I ended up driving out of my way and paying more in mileage because of their lack of preparedness. This had nothing to do with the Mounds View location, and instead with the original Blaine Location and U Haul as a company. I would hesitate to contract my companies services with them in the future seeing this is how they treat people when trying to simply move a home.
Eugene F.The store did not open on time as posted. Customers have to wait for the store to open. Also, the person that open the store did not know how to rent out U-Haul equipments. I believe all staff should be trained on the U-Haul rental process and not relying on one person.

Jerome P.I rented a 10' truck to move a few things 60 miles. When I returned the truck I put 5 gallons of gas in it bringing it past where the gauge was when I picked it up. The man helping us outside did not offer to get us a receipt, just said that's good leave it there. When I was emailed the receipt later in the day he added two more gallons of gas saying it had not been returned with adequate gas. This made me angry and disappointed as I put more gas than I should have as it was. Only $8+ dollars more but it is the principal. I won't go back!

Dan K.I had an appointment at 10 o'clock I got there quarter after 10 was hard to fine and then they were locked up there were no cars in the parking lot the lights were off the doors were locked and I had to try to left tongue by myself which was extremely heavy it took me five times before I got it up there

The truck was rented with only a quarter tank of gas. The mileage policy was unclear. I was under the impression that the rate included up to 50 miles, but was charged for a mere 16 total miles. Unsatisfied customer.
